If you’re in a season where life feels overwhelming—where even the thought of setting goals or dreaming feels impossible—I want you to know this episode is for you.
Sometimes life is just hard, and that’s okay. Maybe you’re carrying a lot right now, navigating challenges that leave little room for anything else. I’ve been there too. I’ll share a time in my life when I couldn’t even think about goals because parenting my child with autism was so consuming. I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and honestly, just at capacity.
In this episode, I want to acknowledge that struggle and remind you: there’s nothing wrong with you if this is where you are right now. It’s normal to feel like you can’t dream or plan in a hard season. You are not alone in this.
Together, we’ll lean into the truth of scripture, find comfort in knowing God sees you, and give ourselves permission to simply rest in His grace during this season. Sometimes just surviving is enough.
