    Tanesha graduated from Hampton University in 2016 with the highest honors. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with an emphasis in family and marital. She was also a Freddye T. Davy Honors College graduate. Following her time at Hampton University, Tanesha went on to the University of Pittsburgh to complete a 1-year post-baccalaureate fellowship. While a part of the Hot Metal Bridge Fellowship program, Tanesha worked under Dr. Elizabeth Votruba-Drzal research on socio-emotional skill differences between Black and White children with similar socioeconomic status. Currently, Tanesha is a 4th-year doctoral candidate in the Clinical Psychology Program at Saint Louis University, where she works under the tutelage of Dr. Kira H. Banks. She also earned her Master of Science degree in clinical psychology at Saint Louis University in 2020. Tanesha will earn her Ph.D. in clinical psychology (hopefully) in 2023.     Bio for Dr. Ghilain  Dr. Christine Ghilain earned her undergraduate degree with honors as a double major in Psychology and Education from Bucknell University (2008). She obtained her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Miami (2016). Dr. Ghilain completed her internship (residency) in Lifespan Neuropsychology at the Emory University School of Medicine/Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). She completed a 2-year neuropsychology fellowship at CHOA. In 2019, she was certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in Clinical Neuropsychology, and is currently in the process of completing her ABPP subspecialization in pediatric neuropsychology. Prior to starting her own practice, Dr. Ghilain was hired to develop a pediatric neuropsychology service line for an 11-hospital system in the suburbs of Atlanta.   Dr. Ghilain has given over 20 presentations and invited talks at national/international conferences. She has particular expertise in pediatric neuropsychology and has a passion for infant and early childhood assessment. Her research and clinical interests include refining assessment practices to enhance diagnostic accuracy and to achieve optimal outcomes for individuals with diverse neurological conditions across the developmental life span. Currently, Bomikazi works as a clinical psychologist at a state hospital and also runs her own private practice where she also provides reduced rate services to people who otherwise can’t afford therapy in private practice. Bomikazi is also a Rhodes Scholar Elect for the year 2022 and will be reading towards a DPhil in Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford from October 2022. Bomikazi believes that mental health services have the power to bring about critical consciousness and emancipation. As such, she is passionate about improving the state of mental health services in South Africa and the world at large.   • Dr. Peter Dodzik specializes in the assessment and treatment of children and adults with neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders. His particular practice specialties include dementing disorders, ADHD, Sleep Disorders, dyslexia, pervasive developmental disorders and children with complex medical conditions such as epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, genetic and toxic/metabolic disorders. Dr. Dodzik is a Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at Indiana University Medical School in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Schaumburg, Illinois. He teaches courses in psychiatry to second and third year medical students including lectures on autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and neurodevelopmental conditions. Dr. Dodzik is the previous Associate Chair of Clinical Psychology & Behavioral Sciences at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology-Schaumburg. Dr. Dodzik is currently involved in research related to pharmacological treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, surgical treatment for Parkinson’s disease, and the assessment of developmental dyslexia, autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and ADHD.
