In The Science of Happiness, world-leading psychologist and happiness expert Bruce Hood demonstrates that the key to happiness is not self-care but connection. He presents seven simple but life-changing lessons to break negative thought patterns and re-connect with the things that really matter.
Bruce Hood is an award-winning Professor of Developmental Psychology at Bristol University and the author of several books including SuperSense, The Self Illusion, The Domesticated Brain and Possessed. He has appeared extensively on TV and radio, including co-hosting the BBC podcast The Happiness Half Hour in 2021. The film Bruce and Adrienne discuss is Agent of Happiness. A 2024 documentary film that follows Bhutanese government officials, Amber Kumar Gurung and Guna Raj Kuikel, as they travel through the country to measure people's happiness levels, which are then used to calculate the Gross National Happiness score.

Anya Culling is a British runner who has represented England at the Copenhagen Marathon and competed in the elite category at the London Marathon. She has also set a course record in the Run Norwich 10km.
What sets Anya apart is what Marie Claire magazine called her "spectacular career transformation" from first time amateur marathoner in 2019 to professional runner in 2022, after getting more seriously into the sport during the UK's Covid lockdown. In 2019 she completed her first marathon in 4 hours 34 minutes, and by 2022 had improved that time by two hours.

Bex Smith is an internationally successful footballer who's transitioned to a global executive in sports and business. Bex first came to prominence as a World Cup and Olympic footballer captaining her New Zealand national team, and culminating her club career winning The Triple with VfL Wolfsburg as UEFA Champions League, German League, and German Cup Champions.
During her time as a professional footballer in Germany, Sweden, Australia, and the USA, she earned degrees in Economics and Spanish at Duke University, a dual MBA from Germany's Leipnitz Univ & Purdue Univ and Masters in Psychology from Massey Univ, NZ and speaks 4 languages.
Post football, she transitioned to the Competitions Manager role of FIFA’s Women’s World Cups then Strategic Planning for Women’s Football globally at FIFA in Zurich, Switzerland.
