In this week’s episode of the Power of Pleasure Podcast, I sat down to chat with Danie Bergstrom, Somatic Sex and Intimacy Coach about how to center pleasure and why being selfish isn’t a bad thing. She believes that deeper connection equals better sex. She uses a holistic lens for sexual struggles, seeing them as symptoms of disconnection to body, mind, or partner. She's passionate about teaching people that pleasurable sex and lasting passion goes deeper than lingerie and sex toys. She is the creator of the Intimacy Foundations Framework, a cutting-edge approach to creating more vibrant, fulfilling sex and intimacy through multi-dimensional connection. Danie sees clients in her coaching practice online and in person. She spends her time reading, listening to her wife play guitar, and getting lost in the mountains as much as possible.

In this week’s episode of the Power of Pleasure Podcast, I sat down to chat with Fiona Cutts, Sexual Empowerment Coach. We discuss her journey from shy girl to sexually confident woman as well as some simple, juicy tips on how to become more embodied and wired for pleasure!
About This Week’s Guest:
Fiona empowers ladies to go on the journey from shy girl to sexually confident woman. She knows this path well from her own experience as a debilitatingly shy child and young woman, who was also interested in pleasure and sex, sensing there must be more to it than she was currently experiencing, and unsure where to find it!
She found it in possibly the most unlikely of places – serious, chronic illness. Her recovery journey led to her awakening and deepening the connection with her own body, discovering she loved to sing and dance, and express herself. And from that came sexual expression and pleasure, and what she loves to call orgasmic living – that space, where you just love being alive!
In her work with shy girls, she draws on her own personal journey, and the different modalities she trained in. She is an Integrated Energy Healer, and Access Consciousness Life Coach, and a Sexological Bodyworker. She currently lives in the beautiful high-altitude city of Cuenca in Ecuador.

This week’s question is:
Reflect on a time when someone's touch brought you comfort. Describe the situation you were in and the emotions you were experiencing. What kind of touch was it - a hug, a hand on your shoulder, a gentle caress? What did it convey to you? How did your body react? How did your emotions shift? What did this experience teach you about the power of touch and human connection?
