Listen into this week's sermon preached by Pastor Cason Shobert. The church of Sardis was considered to be comfortable and "peaceful" for those that dwelled within it's walls. What are you sacrificing for the sake of "unity" with those around you. As followers of Jesus Christ we are meant to be a peculiar people and follow Christ and Christ alone. As we dive deeper into Revelation let us examine our own hearts and see where we have chosen fellowship with the world over God. Allow for repentance to take it's full effect so as not to be divided from the Lord but to have the fullness of Him be made manifest in our lives.

The Lord wants to rightfully define the word "sacrifice" by counting all things as joy rather than a burden. We were deeply impacted as the Lord began to stir in our hearts that in crushing and weakness, His power is made strong in our lives. We are rich when we allow the oil and fragrance to begin pouring from our lives.

In a city where there already was a false “son of god,” our King Yeshua shows up to His bride in all of his splendor and glory and establishes His name, the true Son of God, as name above all names. As followers of Christ, it is of the utmost importance that we do not find ourselves tolerating the things that our Father does not tolerate. So today, we ask you, what are you tolerating? Is it Jezebel? Or is it something else? Join Pastor Landon and Pastor Devin as they walk us through the three stages of the letter Jesus wrote to the church at Thyatira, as we continue our series, “Seven Letters.”

The men in Ezra, Haggai, and Nehemiah, were men who had been commissioned to work. This is no different than the saints of the body of Christ today, who have been commissioned by God and put to work in His Kingdom. Along the way, we may encounter varying degrees of opposition to the work. But it’s important for us to realize that the opposition we face in building His Kingdom is actually what certifies our efforts as Godly, because we’re following in the footsteps of our Messiah. This means there’s one thing to do. GET TO WORK! He is with us!The affection of the Lord is found while you are working together with Him building up His house. Join us as Pastor Landon and Elder Morgan walk us through how working in the Kingdom is not only our call, but it’s also where we find the affection of the Father empowering us to do His work.

When you are building a community centered around the presence of God, you don't build walls first, you build His house first. In the vulnerabilities of this calling, the most carnal, natural response is to reward yourself with comforts for the costs you've endured for the mission. You cannot, you must not, turn to establish your periphery at the cost of the center: a life, a family, a church filled with His spirit.
