In this episode hosts Mal and Dwayne chatted with Whangarei Runner Patrick Kalin.
Pat took up running during the covid era and hasnt looked back after getting inspired by David Goggins. The team had a lot of fun discussing Pats impressive resume of results which includes running the 2023 Auckland Marathon in a time of 2:55:14, his thrifyness when it comes to running on a budget using mapel syrup in shampoo containers instead of gels.
This is a great conversation with one of the most down to earth kiwi blokes you'll ever meet. I hope you enjoy it as much as we love brining it to you!
