Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Let’s talk about managing our thoughts—specifically, how we can take every thought captive as believers in Christ. For many of us, especially those healing from trauma, our minds can be a battlefield.
But the Bible offers us practical ways to renew our minds and overcome negative, self-defeating thoughts.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
I want to introduce you to the acronym L.I.F.E.M.O.R.T.S.
This explains the nine types of threats that can cause a strong emotional reaction like fear or an unconscious, instantaneous stress response such as flight, flight, and freeze.
Understanding the different threats may help you better understand your sources of emotional outbursts or fear responses so you can defuse emotion in yourself. This will keep you from running on automatic reactions. When you identify the threats you are afraid of, you can begin working with your body to heal somatically and submit the source of fear to God as prayer points.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Scripture has a remarkable power to remind us of our identity in Christ, who Christ is, and how he manifests in our lives. It's a source of hope and inspiration, especially in times of struggle.
For women who experience trauma, it can be challenging to trust, feel protected and even love themselves.
They may feel like they do not even deserve good things, and it is helpful to turn to the work for the truth about all of the above.
Today I’ll share 5 of my favorite passages that encouraged and continues to help me in my healing journey.
