He teaches us different types of love and how to recognize them. In addition, he shares with us his research in long term marital sexuality for those that have used pornography.

In this episode, I hear Cassy's Story.
Cassy is 31 and found pornography at 11. In 2016, Cassy posted her story to a blog. In the first 24 hours, the blog had thousands of views and she had hundreds of women flooding her with thankful messages.
Since then, Cassy has worked to help other women know they are not alone. She works with an organization called Unashamed Unafraid and bravely shared her story on Episode 52 of their podcast.
We discuss what "facing the wave" and "being the buffalo in a storm" mean in regard to handling emotions and pornography use.
