How Ancient Rome's sewer system helped my coaching philosophy when building a team. I recently did an underground tour of Seattle and the tour guide told a story about Seattle's sewers over 100 years ago. The difference between ancient Rome and Seattle was staggering. One thought about the importance before developing the city and the other it was an afterthought.

After watching a couple of Manchester City games with a then scout of Manchester City I ended up working for them. 2011 was the year and Manchester City had just got their newfound wealth.
