Gina and Don Grothoff,(Grodoff) are parents and founders of Focused Healthy Family. Despite their qualifications as occupational therapists, child-led learning coaches, EFT practitioners, and mindset coaches, One might think with all those qualifications and the fact Donald and Gina are the proud parents of three children who are now 25, 21, and 14 that they were prepared for any parenting challenges.

AJ Coleman is the author of Keep Those Feet Moving — A Widower’s 8-Step Guide to Coping With Grief and Thriving Against All Odds.
Throughout AJ’s life, he has had to overcome tremendous challenges.
As a child, AJ was frequently bullied for his hearing impairment. Instead of letting social challenges define him, AJ strived to overcome them.
In 2009, AJ faced the most painful challenge of all—losing his wife Cory to brain cancer—when their daughter was just one-year-old.
AJ started the Keep Those Feet Moving blog in 2013 to share his advice, experiences, and philosophical wisdom with the world. He was inspired to write by the encouragement of close friends and family members, who were all astonished by how AJ was able to stay strong after losing Cory.
Today, AJ lives in a suburb of Chicago. He is remarried with a blended family and focuses his time on raising his family and helping others overcome challenges. AJ is an avid Florida Gator fan who enjoys traveling, learning languages, and playing soccer. When he isn't writing, he always looks for opportunities to self-educate.
AJ’s story is truly an inspiration for all of us to Keep Those Feet Moving, no matter how difficult it may seem at the time. And He is back to talk to us about how he started dating after losing his wife.

In 20 years of clinical medicine, Sheila has taken care of a lot of very sick children but to an even greater extent, she saw kids with lifestyle induced problems. Poor sleep, unhealthy diet, sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy weight and frequently a lot of depression and anxiety were keeping these kids from living in their best health.
Dr. Sheila Carroll is a board-certified pediatrician and obesity medicine physician who is dedicated to helping children achieve their best health.
Shelia opinion is a child cannot be expected to change their lifestyle habits by themselves. Children need their parent's and caregiver's help. And parents need help figuring out first, exactly what to do and then, how to actually do it.
She does this by working exclusively with parents who are willing to focus on modifying their own behaviors to ultimately improve their child's health.
She help children by empowering their parents to be the parents they truly want to be .

Fiona is the founder of Home Sweet Homes, a co-parenting journal and planner aimed at helping young children adjust to life after a separation or divorce.
As a single mother to a 5-year-old boy, she experienced first-hand the challenges that come with co-parenting, including stress, anxiety, guilt, and a lack of resources to support young children.
Fiona searched for tools and products to help co-parents and their children but found that there were few solutions available that directly involved children. This inspired her to create the Home Sweet Homes journal and planner, which evolved from a $2 mini planner she found at a dollar store.
The Home Sweet Homes journal and planner is designed to keep co-parents and their child connected and informed about each other's daily lives, while also providing comfort and joy across their two homes.
Fiona's mission is to bring positivity out of a difficult situation by combining the benefits of a journal and planner into a tool that stays with the child. After countless hours of brainstorming, writing, editing, and designing, Fiona had the first prototype of Home Sweet Homes in her hands in February 2021.
