Vajin and Abhinabha are spiritual seekers and runners with a combined meditation experience of over 50 years. In this podcast they explore a vast array of spiritual topics, and provide insights, practical advice and ancient wisdom to inspire seekers of all casts and creeds to live a more spiritually fulfilling life in today's fast-paced world. The podcast is also a celebration of their spiritual friendship, which goes back to the day they both joined the spiritual life under the guidance of their teacher Sri Chinmoy, a fully realised spiritual Master and true Renaissance Man.
