Hannah Burgess is the new CIWEM President and Regional Delivery Director at Binnies. Peter Rook is the CIWEM Junior President and Chartered Senior Analyst at JBA.
CIWEM is a community of 11,000 members in 81 countries with a common goal in looking after the planet in a sustainable way for future generations.

In Episode 2, 'Embedding Resilience through effective Change Management', Phil is joined by JBA colleague, Neil Wiseman and special guest, Harjit Lota from NorthHighland.
Harjit is a Client Director in the UK public sector team at North Highland. He has worked in the public sector for over 20 years with a systems thinking background. His experience includes working on rail and road infrastructure, developing decarbonisation and social value change.
Neil Wiseman is the team leader for JBA’s Climate and Sustainability team, based in Saltaire; the team covers a wide range of projects including climate change risk assessments and adaptation planning, natural capital and ecosystems services, and decarbonisation strategies and implementation plans as well as an assortment of policy, strategy, and research work.
Neil has a background in public and not-for-profit sectors and completed an MBA that had a focus on tackling complex societal issues and included ethnographic approaches to research.
The theme of this episode is change management - with our changing Climate what's worked in the past won't necessarily be our solution for tomorrow or tomorrow's tomorrow. Things need to change!Thank you for listening to this episode.
