What is everyday wellness?
It’s wellness practises not told to us by an expert from say a study, but rather the attainable and down-to-earth things done by someone like you and me, people sharing what their realistic practice is, the things they actually do to help them feel better.
Also, we look into the things that bring us stress, anxiety or make us upset because it’s important to look at the cause as well as the solution.
