It's the most wonderful time of the year — or is it? The Tour de Ski has returned, but Devon has some beef with this year's watered down format. Plus, recaps of the four races we've been through so far, including Jessie Diggins sprint win from heat five.

It's vacation time. We hear from some of the U.S. Ski Team men holed up in their Christmas cottage in Davos, Switzerland — featuring a new lightning round quiz segment — and Devon and Nat take us through the weekend's results. Happy holidays: We'll be back during the Tour de Ski.

Norwegians are born with skis on their feet, blah blah blah, we know. They're good at skiing and they won pretty much all the races on home snow this weekend...but they were still fun events to watch. Devon reports from Norway while Nat tunes in from melting Alaska; they don't need any stinkin' guests this week.
Got questions for us? New meme accounts we should follow? [email protected] and [email protected]. We'll be back soon.

Devon has a cold, but don't let that deter you — he perseveres, and we welcome special guess Zanden McMullen after his breakout weekend in Ruka. We've got recaps of the astonishingly entertaining racing in Finland, plus bonus discussion of sponsorship feuds and other news.
Send us your questions, comments, fan mail and hate mail: [email protected] and [email protected]. We'll be back after Lillehammer.

It's race season, baby. It's also Thanksgiving week, at least in America. Tune in to learn how to avoid turkey legs while you're racing and for a full recap of last weekend's competitions in Sweden and Norway. Didn't know the name Andreas Ree before Sunday? We'll catch you up. Julia Ystgaard, Canada's World Cup coach, joins us to break down her team's solid performances, as well.
It's also the time of year when we remind you that we need your help to keep this podcast running. Please consider a voluntary membership — options available here.

You know you missed us.
Devon and Nat return with a soft launch into the 2025 winter season. We cover off-season developments and other hijinks, from the still-missing Russians to Therese Johaug's return. Read here and here if you want to understand wth the references are in the show title.
We'll be back soon. Hit us up at [email protected] and [email protected]; we're psyched to be back.

Jessie Diggins should not need an introduction at this point, but for anyone who needs a quick reminder: This episode of the Devon Kershaw Show features the best American cross-country skier of all time. Diggins has three Olympic medals to her name, a gold from the last World Championships and, most recently, a crystal globe she was awarded a few days ago as the past season's overall World Cup champion. Diggins joins us for a conversation about racing and her life as a professional athlete.
A note: This episode includes some frank discussion about eating disorders. If this is something you or someone in your life is struggling with, we suggest taking a look at Project RED-S, which stands for Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport. Their site has athlete-focused information and references if you're trying to find help. The National Association of Anorexia Nervosa & Associated Disorders has a Helpline you can call at 888-375-7767 from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Central Time, and you can text HOME to 741741 if you're in a crisis. And the Alaska Eating Disorders Alliance has an informative video that features Diggins and retired Olympic cross-country skier Holly Brooks.
You can reach Devon and Nat at [email protected] and [email protected]. Thanks for listening.

Reports of our demise are greatly exaggerated. Apologies for the tardiness of this episode, but we're back with a wrap from Falun, the last World Cup weekend of the season. It's just Devon and Nat kicking it old school again here, but we'll return soon with some guests. Seriously.
Send us your 2025 predictions, Russian troll comments and Gjøran Tefre memes: [email protected] and [email protected]. Thanks for hanging out with us for the whole World Cup season.

Long distance in Oslo, city sprints in Drammen. The World Cup takes its late-season swing through Norway and Devon and Nat have a full breakdown, with special guest Sam Hendry, a Canadian athlete who's had some standout results late this season.
We're sprinting to the finish of the 2024 podcast season. Send your long-shot requests for off-season content to [email protected] and [email protected]. We'll be back in a few days.

No frills, no guests, just Devon and Nat breaking down six races from Lahti, Finland, as the World Cup returns to Scandinavia. Two more weekends to go after this one — stick with us. Send feedback, comments and anything else at [email protected] and [email protected].
-
It's been a minute. We, and the World Cup circuit, took a break from racing, and podcasting, last weekend, but things are about to heat up again in Lahti, Finland, and we thought now was the perfect time to bring you an interview Nat did in Canmore with up and coming Swedish talent William Poromaa.
Nat and Devon will be back with a recap after the races in Lahti this weekend. Send us your questions, comments and feedback at [email protected] and [email protected]. Catch you soon.

What a weekend. If you weren't able to make it to Minneapolis, we had the good fortune of taping this episode of the podcast in front of a live audience at a local brewery, and we think it brings through a little of the amazing atmosphere. British skier Andrew Musgrave joined us in-person, Ben Ogden zoomed in from mono jail and a very special guest whose name ends with us Schumacher joined us mid-pod.
The audio quality from this episode is.....mixed, but it seems to be workable. Thanks for sticking with us all season — we'll be back with some bonus episodes in the next week before the World Cup resumes. Email us at [email protected] and [email protected].
-
American skier Gus Schumacher won a World Cup distance race in Minneapolis today — the first time a U.S. man has done this in decades. We'll have more from Schumacher later, but here are a few quick words from him at the finish line. Stay tuned.
-
We caught up quickly with Claire Wilson, lead organizer of the Minneapolis World Cup and head of the Loppet Foundation, to get a sense of what's going on in the lead-up to the racing.
We'll have more podcasts this weekend. We also set a time for our live show: Come hear us and join in at Utepils Brewing, 225 Thomas Ave N #700 in Minneapolis. It's at 4 p.m. Sunday, after the last race of the day. Spread the word and see you there.
-
We're back, with our fourth? Fifth? episode in the past week. It's been a whirlwind, but we're still here to wrap up the last day of World Cup racing in Canmore. Amazingly, Nat is posting this podcast from a moving airplane between Calgary and Toronto, with Victoria Carl and Katharina Hennig sitting a few rows up.
We'll be back with more action from Minneapolis, including a show with a live audience late Sunday afternoon at Utepils Brewing near the World Cup venue, after the last race of the day is over. You're invited. We'll have more details in the next day or two. Questions? Comments? Hate mail? Email [email protected] and [email protected]. See you soon.
-
We're grinding on with our third episode in four days. Hope you're still listening. If you don't get the hat reference, read our coverage.
We'll be back with another episode after the last race in Canmore. To keep you from podcast withdrawal later in the week, we'll roll out some interviews we did with a couple of international athletes here. Then we'll be back again from Minneapolis this weekend.
Speaking of Minneapolis, if you'll be there in person, we're hosting a live show where we'll be taping Sunday's episode in front of an audience — though we'll need all 12 listeners to show up for it to really be an actual audience. More details soon — the event is at Utepils Brewery near the venue, with an exact time to be determined, but it will be after the last race of the day.
Questions? Comments? Email us: [email protected] and [email protected]. Thanks so much for listening.

We're back, in less than 24 hours since hour last pod. Devon is burning the midnight oil in Norway to bring you this new episode recapping the excellent sprint races in Canmore today. Stay tuned for another episode after tomorrow's race and a bonus episode where Nat will interview Sweden's William Poromaa.
Email us at [email protected] and [email protected] with questions, comments and race predictions. We'll be back.

The World Cup gave us two great races in Canmore today to start a 10-day swing through North America. Devon and Nat recap the results, and hear from a couple of special guests at the tail end of the show. We'll be back tomorrow.
