I’m so excited to introduce our next guest, Anese Cavanaugh. Anese is an entrepreneur, an author, a speaker and the creator of the IEP Method® (Intentional Energetic Presence®), and also one of my good friends and someone I look up to for guidance on all things.
Anese is devoted to helping people show up and bring their best selves to the table in order to create significant positive impact in their lives.
I have seen her speak, taken her live workshops, read her books and worked with the tools she has created and I am a better leader and human because of her.
