In this episode, my special guest is international Buddhist Teacher, Kadam Adam Starr, resident Teacher at the Tara Kadampa MeditationCentre in Templeogue in Dublin.
Kadam Adam has been teaching Buddhist meditation, mindfulness and Buddhist teachings since 2004 in Ireland, the UKand Europe and studied under the renowned Buddhist master, teacher and author, the Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, one of the great Tibetan Buddhist meditation masters.
Prior to his calling to teaching, Kadam Adam was a director in an international media company, in the area of mergers and acquisitions and in this special episode, he speaks to the practical and spiritual aspects of managing stress and anxiety through mindfulness and meditation.
We explore many topics including how to unlock meditation and mindfulness to alleviate stress, cultivate self-awareness and inner wisdom which can in turn create lasting positive change in one's life.

We also shared our insights into the underlying drivers of stress and anxiety, both in everyday life and within the corporate world of work. And of course, we couldn't go without offering some valuable tips and advice on managing stress and anxiety effectively.

I am delighted to welcome my friend, Lou Martin to the Podcast. In this episode, we have a fantastic, insightful, and useful conversation about spirituality, faith, and how being spiritual can support us in aiming to live our best life. The insights Lou gives are both thought-provoking and practical, and I have to say, I had a ball chatting with him.
Lou shares an original song of his at the end of the discussion which I think you will agree is nothing short of fabulous.
Thanks again to Lou for agreeing to talk with me in this episode which was recorded about a year ago, and for making me welcome in his home so that we could talk. Enjoy!
