The problem is it's quite difficult to get right and because of this people start stop because they can't get results, only see them for a limited time or go about it in an unrealistic restrictive way. In this episode I basically take the piss out of people who say energy drinks and zero caloire soft drinks are bad for you. I go through the claims they make and debunk each one. I did make a slight mistake, where I say metabolic syndrome isn't a thing is a mistake and is a serious condition obese people often develop, what I meant to say was adrenal fatigue isn't a thing.
