WoW what à mind blowing story. Losing over 100lbs in one year from baby steps to a complete transformation. I witnessed this transformation and never did I imagine I would be sitting here at this table listening to the process leading to that. I approached Melissa at the gym and I let her know that I was inspired by what I saw unfolding in front of me. Not only Melissa was emotional by my admiration of her success, but also generously accepted to come share her story in THE Magnifik-100 Podcast. Listen with no moderation
