Too often, I see incredible, talented women playing small, blending into the background, or second-guessing themselves when they step into a room. But you deserve to be seen, heard, and recognized for who you are. I believe that ambitious women should feel visible—not hidden.

  • If you think Flares aren't for you, then take a listen to this week's podcast.

    1. Choose the Right Length
Make sure your flares skim the floor but don’t drag. Pair them with heels for added height and elongation, or chunky flats for a more relaxed vibe.

    2. Balance the Silhouette

Opt for a fitted or tucked-in top to balance the wide-leg shape of flares. This creates a flattering, hourglass silhouette.

    3. Highlight Your Waist

Wear flares with a high-waisted cut to accentuate your waistline. Add a belt for extra definition and a polished look.

    4. Play with Proportions

Pair flares with a cropped jacket or blazer to keep your outfit modern and structured. A longline coat works too but should fall open to show the waist.

    5. Experiment with Fabrics and Colours

Try denim flares for a casual vibe or tailored ones for a chic, office-ready outfit. Experiment with bold colours or prints for a statement-making look.
