I have a chat with my friend Anton who came to Auckland, NZ many years ago and through a series of synchronicities, ended up creating a floatation tank business called Float Culture.
We talk about the benefits of floating, creating communal spaces for people to discuss their experiences, third spaces in general and setting up an automated floating wellness centre that is more accessible and affordable.

These systems are all really good at giving you SUGGESTIONS on how to live your life more authentically.
And if we are able to approach it with a tempered mindset it can really help guide us into some life changing breakthroughs.
The keyword there is tempered.
I talk about my approach in using these systems and a quick overview on how to get the most bang for your buck out of each system as an introduction.

In this podcast episode, I have my first guest ever, Greer Arabella! We talk about Human Design: a self awareness system that pulls from modalities such as astrology, chakras, kabbalah and the I Ching that basically gives you a blue print/instruction manual for how to function authentically.
00:00 From a lawyer to Human Design
03:05 How energy flows for Greer, a manifesting generator/sacral being
07:55 Aura types gives us the dynamics a human society needs to evolve
11:11 Manifestors - Starts new shit
13:35 Generators - Does shit and vibes
18:50 Projectors - Sees and guides
21:55 Reflectors - Gives feedback
24:30 Like how animals know instinctively how to function, HD helps humans identify our much more nuanced and subtle energetic functions that ultimately contribute to the betterment of the tribe.
34:15 HD is the science of differentiation. We've genetically evolved in a way with functions that best serves the tribe. Therefore being yourself and using your unique functions is the best thing for humanity.
37:55 Our energetic centers, conditioning, morphic fields & archetypes
46:20 How HD helped me and helps us be more authentic
57:40 Using HD as a guide to yourself rather than as an identity to attach to
1:03:10 The best thing to learn as a beginner to HD (the 9 centers)
1:11:45 Using HD in human resources to hire people. Like how pilots need 20/20 vision as a physical requirement, different jobs will have different energetic requirements that HD can help identify.
1:15:50 Why Greer chose HD over astrology (more practical)
1:18:15 Using HD as training wheels for embodiment 1:21:10 How synastry & human compatibility in HD works (electro-magnetics)
1:24:45 Different definitions in HD require different things to process energy
1:28:45 Mental projector with 63/4 channel of logic

She provides great nuggets on HD in a very aesthetically pleasing form and does readings 😌

I talk about shows that gives me this overview effect of how precious and beautiful human life is. When you view your perspective from certain characters with immortal lifespans you realize how fragile and short our lives really are and how all the petty dramas we get so caught up in seems so unnecessary in the grand scheme of things. And to ultimately appreciate our lives more. The shows I talk about are: Maquia When the Promised Flower Blooms, Invincible, Vivy, A.I

You are the 5 people closest to you is a chicken or the egg situation.
I think who you are naturally gets manifested in the people around you.
Once you change internally the people around you can’t help but change.
One practical way I find to help shift oneself to be who they want to be is to audit who you follow on social media.
Unfollow people who don’t help with your truth and follow those that do.
We are so influenced by social media and especially when we are tired and scrolling mindlessly. Make sure in those comatose states, the minimal effort you exert is still helping you become who you want to be.
And don’t be worried about people who may get triggered that you unfollowed them. Remember this is your life. You decide what is worthy.
You are the captain of your own ship and unless you can own that you’ll never be able to have the life you know you deserve.
So own it and choose wisely the people you let into your life. -
At the end of the day, all we have is consciousness.
Everything is just a stage for consciousness to grow. Or it seems.
Panpsychism is the notion that everything has consciousness even inanimate object.
To a lesser degree of course but nonetheless valid.
And it’s from these lesser units of consciousness that over millions of years have materialized in human beings. -
Everything external to us is a reflection of us. Including ‘spiritual’ concepts like higher selves, spirit guides, angels, ascended masters etc.
Just because there is a spiritual connotation to it doesn’t make it any more divine from a random guy you meet on the street.
And my main message in this podcast is for us to not attach ourselves to those things as that takes us away from our internal truth.
Anything external we attach ourself to is still an attachment with no hierarchy.
Just because it’s spiritual doesn’t mean it can’t distract us from finding our internal truth from within.
So use those things if it helps you but ultimately you have to cultivate your own truth from within that no external thing can ever tell you. -
Given that we have a very limited and biased capacity to predict the future, you might as well assume things will work out the best rather than the worst if both outcomes are equally possible.
-
There’s this concept from Bashar I really like where he talks about permission slips.
Basically permission slips are just the things we need to do to act as a sort of formality in order for us to get from point A to point B.
Because if everything happened instantly, there would be no experience to be had. We chose to limit our infinite selves as a way to experience the trials and tribulations of life.
Permission slips are there as a game mechanic of sorts to move us towards what we want at a steady pace in which we have chosen.
At our core we are infinite and everything can happen anytime we want but that’s not the experience we have chosen. Therefore permission slips are in place in order for us to play this game with the limitations we have chosen. -
The more we attach ourselves to a certain identity, the more we limit ourselves to our divine nature.
Sometimes we’re so afraid of uncertainty that we use an identity as a way to feel safe.
Rather than finding power from within we find it in something external to us.
Which certainly works but will always be limited and contain a certain degree of falsehood. -
I talk about another anime: The Tatami Galaxy.
It was a really life changing piece for me.
Essentially it’s about a protagonist that is never satisfied with anything he has because he’s always aiming for an unrealistic vision of what he could have and therefore not appreciate anything he does have.
Only to learn the lesson the hard way by getting trapped in a dimensional tesseract connected to the rooms of his parallel selves to reflect on how all his lives were so full of life if he only could stop and smell the flowers. -
In this episode I talk about evangelion and concepts from it such as the hedgehog‘s dilemma, AT fields (Absolute Terror field) primordial soup, Aqua Doctrinae and the instrumentality project.
Essentially all we really want is to connect with one another but we are too afraid to get hurt so we put spikes up and we put barriers up to prevent that.
But then we’re lonely.
So it’s like either be lonely and be safe or connect and risk getting hurt or merge everyone back into primordial soup as it happens and in Evangelion and then we are connected.
But then we’re no longer conscious so the whole point of life is maybe to find that ability to connect with one another without turning back into Primordial soup.
Via the process of integrating our shadows and individuating ourselves. -
Authentic actions lead to authentic results and inauthentic actions lead to inauthentic results.
We only feel the need to compromise on our values when we feel overly attached to an outcome that we feel like we need in order to feel okay.
Which in my experience is never true.
You’ll feel okay once you start doing things that feel true to you now rather than doing false things in the hopes of getting to a true thing.
Being fake only leads to more fakeness so you might as well choose truth if you’re gonna expend the same effort going down a path 🤷🏻♂️.
It’s a lot easier said than done of course but in a way I feel like it’s our life’s work (or at least mine) to be in authentic alignment. That is where divinity and God resides.
And perhaps that is also where we will find the path to our best life. -
I’ve honestly been surprised in the past when people ask me what I do for fun when they realize I don’t drink alcohol or eat meat.
Like as if life is so limited by these 2 activities that anything outside of that is completely incomprehensible.
So in this episode I kinda wanted to explore that. How did we arrive at this narrative and also is this the right narrative? What is the right narrative? Is there a right narrative? How ‘should’ we live?
Maybe there is no right way to live and everything is valid and is all dependent on the person and their internal experience. And maybe life is just about finding what signature frequency you want to explore whether that’s fun, pleasure, truth, god or fulfillment etc and full sending your preference as much as you can regardless of what a majority of society deems as the right way to live.
And to not judge others on how they want to live, whether it’s to get slizzard on alcohol and eat Korean BBQ or to pursue god and ascend towards the Pleroma. It’s all valid in their own way. Perhaps perhaps. -
The stages of knowing
1. Not knowing yourself and using a persona
2. Knowing yourself and using a persona
3. Knowing yourself and not going outside
4. Knowing yourself and exposing yourself
5. Knowing yourself and fully becoming that and integrating that into society
We fluctuate between these on the micro and macro but the ultimate goal, if there is one, of spirituality is to reach the final stage.
Complete integration of the internal and external. Übermensch. -
You can experience the same level of fulfillment either way.
The only way to not be disappointed with your goals or want more even after your goal is to detach from the goal in the first place. The whole point of the goal is to just give you a journey to go on. Once you reach it, rather than feeling like it should be this climax moment where you jizz, it just is what it is. Whether you jizz or not is a bonus.
Kinda like sexual kung fu/tantra where all the pleasure is spread out evenly like a full cowl (Deku) rather than this one burst that goes away only to leave you feeling with nothing at the end. Appreciate every moment whether you’re trying to conquer the world or sitting meditating, if you’re able to fully immerse yourself in every moment regardless of what you’re doing then you are with god and doing life the best way you can.
