It's Thriving Thursday!!
Today we had Big Rob on and he got to share so many things with us!
Like his passion for coffee, his testimony, and his heart overall. "Pray for the kids" was the most impactful piece for me. Don't forget to pray for the new generations arising!

Grief. What a hard emotion and process to walk through.
We lost our beautiful boy Xylo at 7 months due to someone with a careless heart, killing him. For this reason I have taken a step back to process what has happened with my family and the Lord.
It has not be easy, but I have had the God given strength to walk through it.
Although I've been in a season of rain, I know next will be sunshine and rainbows. Joy comes in the morning!
Speaking of Joy, our new kitten Joy has helped bring peace and joy in our home. Zara had been really depressed and finished recovering pretty quickly and we decided it would be best to try to find a new friend/companion to help her grieve. We named her Joy because that's what we're proclaiming will be our next season in life!!
Thank you for joining in this morning, please stay tuned for our future episodes to come!

Any dead skin you have to cut off too?
Happy Thriving Thursday! So glad to have you join me!
I've been going through some things throughout the healing process and have acknowledged that there has been some dead skin to chop off. Not only physically lol but socially and habitually. I hope if you're someone who is struggling with bad habits you find this episode helpful. I hope also that if you're someone struggling with self-put or social expectations, that you can relate to the pressure and walk through navigating it with me.
As always thank you for the support and love!

Welcome back to Thriving Thursday!! I hope the title makes you laugh! LOLAs you will hear, I got injured at work 2 1/2 weeks ago. A co-worker accidentally spilled a hot tea on my foot and it caused a second degree burn right to my foot. It's definitely been a healing process that is slow and long, but I'm trusting that I'll soon be healed! I invited my friend Grace Zambrano on because she's walking through a similar time with the Lord that I am. Feeling spiritual apathy and just too comfortable, if you will. join us in to get all the good tea of what hardship in life and walk with the Lord can feel like! Thank you for all the love and support!

Do you want to abide in Him? Do you label yourself a sinner? Do you feel like your relationship with God needs some repair? Are you lacking spiritual discipline?
Well, I have good news… we discussed that!!!
It was such a pleasure to have Alex Gomez, a bold man of God, a worship leader, and creator of UndrEarth, on with us. To see his brand content on Instagram go to @Undr.earth!!
Something that I really reflected on was the fact that we so many times label ourselves sinners, but here are some bible verses to reflect on and challenge that mentality and walk with confidence as the individuals God created us to be: 1 Peter 4:8 “Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.” , Romans 8:38-39 (paraphrasing) Nothing can separate us from the love of God, Ephesians 2:13 “You who ONCE were far off HAVE been brought near BY the blood of Christ.”, Romans 6, Romans 7:15-25, Romans 8:1-3, ALL OF Hebrews chapter 9 specifically verse 28, “so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.”
I hope this all was a blessing to you, as it deeply was to me!! Thank you for tuning in and supporting!

Welcome back to Thriving Thursday! “Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.” (Romans 12:6-8). In this awesome episode, we were able to hear experiences and perspectives from Melo. He is a youth pastor, musician, coordinator of Refresh nights (Sherman, TX), works with Gospel Hydration USA, lofi playlist creator, and not to mention, he’s a dad and a husband as well! He shared a lot of great things with us. I think two things that really stood out to me that he stated are 1, the gage of success should be how good do we glorify God, and 2, to surrender your vision of things before the Lord because not are are his plans/visions for us and the things we desire bigger and better than what we could imagine, but because they will be what is best for us! Tap in to what the Lord is doing in your community! Let us encourage one other in the gifts that God has blessed us with! Let us continue to spread the hunger for Jesus to see true revival happen in all communities!!

Have you lost a loved one? Have you dealt with depression or suicidal thoughts?
Today we get to dive in deep on the topic of grief and depression with a sweet and strong young woman, Kimberly Michelle. We all go through different situations in life, that ultimately leave us with different experiences and perspectives. But what good does it serve to keep to ourselves? I applaud my friend Kim for stepping out in boldness to share her unique and powerful story. Our desire is for today's podcast to give you light in the tunnel of darkness, glasses for cloudiness, and hope in desperation.
For anyone who listens or watches, know this, you are not alone and you are SO loved.
Thank you for supporting and listening! Rejoice, my friend. -
Find assurance in trusting Him, FAITH.
This episode was a lovely one where we uncovered the surface of faith and what scripture says about it. I loved being able to hear Sara's story and how faith has impacted and played such an important role in her life. I know it has for mine too. But we want to go even deeper, we want to reach CRAZY FAITH where the things that seem impossible to our human eyes, are made possible through our faith in Jesus Christ.
Go check out Crazy Faith by Micheal Todd! Such an inspiring book that breaks down faith and how to build it.

Do you need some refreshment? Do you need rest?
Proverbs 13:4: "The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied".
Ricky and I had a lot of fun on this episode as we got to be ourselves and float around in conversation. We discussed several topics but the one my heart was most tugging on was the topic of self-discipline and REST. It can be hard in our busy daily schedules to relax or spend time with Jesus, but it's NECESSARY! Join me on the journey of establishing more self-discipline and rest.
Thank you for joining and stay tuned for next Thursday!
