On this episode I had the pleasure of being joined by Bel Rolley, here in Las Vegas. Bel is a graduate from USC, Oregon and was also selected to be there as a collegiate athlete playing soccer.
Bel has a family of athletes, and her younger brother becoming a professional soccer player. She shares how this environment and her driven family, this is all she knows and soccer is her joy.
Bel tells us more about the injuries she has suffered and how the rehab process was a blessing in disguise.
Away from the soccer field allowed Bel to think past the game of soccer, and to look around her at what is currently going on.With the rise of popularity in all women's sports and how this has had a huge impact already, there is still more to be done for the current and past athletes who put their bodies on the line to perform as D1 collegiate athletes.

Never take the beauty that mother nature has to offer you for granted.
I like to get outdoors as much as possible and at times I fall into the trap of complaining about seeing the same scenery, but instead of looking at it from this perspective, I pinched myself over the weekend to understand I am fortunate and lucky to get to witness such beautiful scenery as many times as I physically want too.
Mt Charleston is my best training partner and will continue to offer me the best challenges to become a stronger endurance athlete.
This is a quick episode stating my feelings and thoughts towards my training partner.
Thankyou Mt Charleston.

In this episode I reminisce about taking on the Tushars 100km Mountain Ultra race in 2021.
This was to be my first ultra-race, the main reason I chose this was because it looked beautiful, and it looked brutal at the same time.
The perfect recipe for a memorable race that would create some moments I can tap into whenever required.
After you get to the end - put Jay Z interlude from the black album on and just try to imagine the energy that was going off in my car in that moment.
This was the moment I had personally announced to myself that I am an Ultra Runner and I had embodied the Mountain Goat spirit for real.
Hope you enjoy this one, always good to relive some of the tough things that you have accomplished and be able to share with you all.

As a Brand the goal is to stand out from the rest, so when developing my brand and slogan, the "find your inner athlete" came naturally to me.
It's a statement more than anything and a message telling everyone who reads it, we are going to discover the athlete within and enhance this inner athlete that you each possess.
Never stop moving, thinking or living like an athlete just because you're not on tv or being paid for your athletic ability.
Let's find your inner athlete
