    Hope Ottoviani has diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hope began their career in 2005 as a Dishwasher/Caterer at Nissan Pavilion/Jiffy Lube Live. Hope then worked as a Shift Runner at Domino's Pizza from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they became a Crew Leader at Einstein's Café, staying until 2011. During this time, in 2010, they also had an internship at CBS Radio Station. In 2010, they joined Starbucks as barista and remained there until 2011. In 2011, they joined Clearmind Events as a Trainer/Authorized Distributor for a few months. Since 2011, they have worked at Alltech National Title, starting as a Settlement Processor and becoming an Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of National Director of Operations.

    Hope Ottoviani completed an AA degree in Communications from Lord Fairfax Community College from 2007 to 2009. Hope then pursued a BA in Communications at Christopher Newport University from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an insurance producer and title producer from ATG Title.

    Lawrence Yun is Chief Economist and oversees the Research group at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSÂź.     Rami F. Odeh is the founder of FormWell Personal Fitness Training, a personal training company located in Sandy Springs, GA. Founded in 1999, in the over 20 years Rami ran and owned the business, FormWell helped over 5000 clients achieve their exercise and weight loss goals. Rami sold this business in 2019 to pursue his next dream career: motivational speaking, writing, and coaching.

    Rami has dual master’s degrees, one in industrial psychology and the other in exercise physiology, and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a health and fitness specialist.     About Hope Ottoviani

    Hope Ottoviani has diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hope began their career in 2005 as a Dishwasher/Caterer at Nissan Pavilion/Jiffy Lube Live. Hope then worked as a Shift Runner at Domino's Pizza from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they became a Crew Leader at Einstein's Café, staying until 2011. During this time, in 2010, they also had an internship at CBS Radio Station. In 2010, they joined Starbucks as barista and remained there until 2011. In 2011, they joined Clearmind Events as a Trainer/Authorized Distributor for a few months. Since 2011, they have worked at Alltech National Title, starting as a Settlement Processor and becoming an Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of National Director of Operations.

    Hope Ottoviani completed an AA degree in Communications from Lord Fairfax Community College from 2007 to 2009. Hope then pursued a BA in Communications at Christopher Newport University from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an insurance producer and title producer from ATG Title.

    About Bill Shaddock

    Bill is the owner and CEO of the Bill Shaddock Family of Companies and is a leading figure in the North Texas business community. He earned his BBA in Finance at TCU and his MBA in Real Estate at SMU and went on to earn his JD from Baylor Law School. He subsequently joined a downtown Dallas law firm. Shaddock left the practice of law in 1983, to team with his brother, Peter, in the real estate business. Together, they started Shaddock Development Co., which is now one of the most prolific real estate businesses in North Texas.

    Bill remains an active partner in Shaddock Development Co. along with his brother Peter and sons, William and Andrew. Additionally, Bill is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded a collection of businesses known as The Bill Shaddock Family of Companies. These include Capital Title of Texas (the Largest Independent Title Company in the United States), Shaddock National Title Holdings (collection of title companies across the United States), First National Title Insurance Co. (the 9th Largest Title Underwriter in the United States) and Willow Bend Mortgage Company.

    Marx is the Managing Attorney in the New Orleans-based law firm, Sterbcow Law Group LLC.
