  • Using the Law of Attraction to Create a Successful Business and a Prosperous Life with Sarah Sienkiewicz

In this episode, we welcome Sarah Sienkiewicz. She is a qualified and experienced strategy and alignment coach, mentor, and EFT Therapist. She helps business owners create a profitable business model to attract clients and build confidence in selling their products and services. Today, Sarah helps listeners unlock the next level to achieve abundance.

    Sarah’s Journey

    [1:20]

Like everyone else's path, Sarah starts by learning little by little. In her 20s, she reads the book Be your Life Coach and discovers the law of attraction. This makes her want to follow her path rather than others' advice, but she plans to do this when she is older. The London bombings occurred when Sarah was 24 years old; fortunately, nothing bad happened to her, but this experience made her realize how fleeting life is. Thus, she starts on this amazing path to becoming where she is now.

    The Law of Attraction

    [08:26]

It only takes four easy steps to apply the law of attraction. Asking for what you want is the first step. The second is believing it will happen. The third is letting go of the result. The fourth is opening yourself to receive.

    Surrendering

    [17:36]

There are times when business is slow, and things take too long to happen. In this situation, Sarah's go-to tactic is to surrender, and this is where the faith component comes in. You won't need to worry when you can let go completely and have faith that everything will turn out as it is meant to in God's perfect timing. The less anxious you are, the more receptive you will be.

    Right and Wrong Path

    [25:43]

If events don't proceed according to your plan, remember that there may be a broader picture at play that you cannot see or may simply not be ready for. When doors close, it can feel terrible even when we don't understand why. The advantage of hindsight is that we can now look back and realize it was what you needed exactly.

    How She Helps Her Clients

    [34:59]

Sarah is a prolific creator who can’t help but build different resources for her clients. She offers courses, membership, a law of attraction masterclass, a free book about the law of attraction, and programs. She also gets her clients together for a group coaching session. Those resources help her clients build their confidence to sell their products and services.

  • 096 Will this help produce the outcome I'm looking for? | Magical Musings #10

In the 10th instalment of my monthly mini-series called Magical Musings, I share my thoughts, my feelings, rambles and scribbles about how the previous month has been, what I have learnt and what's on my mind.

Each magical musing will be around 5 minutes or so (Max just about 10!) all different and something fresh and exciting. This month, I share my thoughts about doing some things recently in my business that isn't ecologically sound!

The idea is that all our actions have an impact in our lives and we need to start asking ourselves better questions like...

Is this action I am going to take, will it help produce the outcome I am looking for?

A very thought-provoking episode to get you to start asking better questions.

If you need to hear this message today... remember, you are making a difference!

  • 095 Discovering Wim Hof with Steph Ingram | The Wim Hof Method

In this episode, we are joined by Steph Ingram, a children’s Physiotherapist. She recently finished in the NHS and organized the well-being week for the staff as a leaving gift, which made her feel fantastic. Steph is currently taking some time off for herself to do some self-development. Today, Steph comes onto the show to share her experiences at the Wim Hof retreat and about people’s well-being and mental health.

    Discovering Wim Hof

    [3:07]

Steph used to do cold showers. She didn’t know the science behind it or why she enjoyed them, but she always took one and would feel good about herself when she came out. She had a little look at Wim Hof’s stuff and ended up signing into a summer retreat of his because she thinks you have to experience these things.

    The Retreat

    [6:26]

She thought that the whole experience of the retreat was amazing. Steph thinks the ice baths are the biggest part of the Wim Hof method.

    Perfect Timing

    [12:22]

You are allowed to take a specific time limit in ice baths. In three minutes, the body starts becoming hypothermic so two minutes is enough just for the health benefits of it. However, once you start going over that three-minute mark, that’s when you know you’re controlling the mind.

    The Breath

    [17:47]

Steph thinks you must do any Wim Hof breath work because it reinforces that you are the driver of your vehicle and look after yourself. If something doesn’t feel good, you bring it back or if you don’t feel like it’s enough, move forward. But at the end of the day, you are in charge.

    Canyoning

    [24:14]

Canyoning used to be one of Steph’s experiences available to her, but she never had the time to try it before. At one point, she saw a man in a river who couldn’t swim but was floating, and it didn’t stop him from going canyoning. If he can do it, why can’t you?

    [28:04]

Being in that sort of environment made Steph feel grounded in a way. Just being with nature and around that sort of natural beauty was just amazing for her.

By listening to this episode, you will UNLOCK...

  • 094 Power to speak with Jackie Goddard | How to be confident

In this episode, we are joined by the wonderful Jackie Goddard. She is a former fashion designer, recovering actor, coach, speaker, and podcast host. Jackie is on a mission to help speakers get excited about sharing their ideas and messages with an audience. Today, Jackie tells us her story and the life experiences that made her who she is.

    Mission

    [3:23]

Jackie is on a mission to get people excited about stepping in front of their audience. The audience is potential clients, customers, or just people they want to share their message with. She wants to help people raise their confidence and realize that they have stories and experiences that can help others.

    Past in the Fashion Industry

    [8:14]

Jackie trained in fashion and textiles and ended up in the rag trade of the fashion business.

    Something that Excites Us

    [9:26]

There wasn’t anything in particular that Jackie thought about acting that made her realize that she wanted to do it. She believes that it is innate and that everyone has that feeling about a particular thing. Something in all of us that makes us excited and motivated.

    Building Rapport and Trust

    [20:00]

She believes that truly building rapport and trust with your audience is what would ultimately get them on your side. As much as you say the character isn’t an accentuation of you, it’s still you. When Jackie works with people, it’s about finding who they are.

    Therapy

    [25:03]

During the lockdown, Jackie had a revelation when she was teaching adults. She learned that adults coming up to the end of the sessions felt like it was therapy. It made a powerful mark on her that what she was doing benefited everybody.
