What if you could stop body shame and end the conflict with your body? In this episode Body-Peace™ Coach Nina Manolson and I explore:
releasing body shameending the conflict with our body and food, and the freedom and power that come with finally feeling at peace and at home in your body. There is a huge cost to body shame, and several multi-billion dollar industries that profit from that shame. If we are consistently criticizing our body, then that may be our deepest issue looking to be shifted, healed and transformed into our biggest gift. The most important and longest term relationship in our life is with our body and when we are in a good relationship with it, everything else in life flows.
Listen as Heather and Nina share an in-depth and insightful conversation about the collective societal and cultural consciousness about bodies that has become normal when it really isn’t – it’s a very narrow definition of acceptability. In truth, every body is perfect as it is, deserving of being loved, adored, adorned, respected, honored and cared for, with each aspect and facet having its own unique beauty. And, when all our energy and resources are going into being acceptable, then they are not going to the things that are truly ours to share and do in the world. No one has be society’s ideal of beauty to be powerful and loved or wait to be more acceptable to be themselves fully and change the world.
Join us here now as Heather and Nina get real about understanding that often our body image is the doorway to deeper work and finding what may be underneath those issues. Creating a true partnership with our body is so important and it is kindness and deep self-compassion that will support a responsive, nourishing, considerate relationship with it. Nina shares to her being unshakeable is the ability to sit deeply in self-compassion and be able to approach others from the heart and a place of profound compassion. She also reads one of her inspiring poems about body peace, and suggests we try calling our body whatever name we call someone we truly love and honor – and watch a beautiful relationship unfold.

What if you could relax your relationship with money and shift out of stress? On this episode of the Unshakable Being podcast Dr. Heather Clark, PharmD and Angela Anderson explore the idea of how deeply our finances are connected to our subconscious beliefs, and how we can choose to relax our relationship with money.
Money is a renewable resource, but we often have such an emotional relationship with it...and that is not helpful. Everyone’s experience with money and finances is different. Our limiting subconscious beliefs can be very subtle and are most apparent when we look at what’s not working in our life. There is a recipe for winning with money – we know what we need to do, and our limiting beliefs are what keep us from following it.
How we move through life, the creativity we have around problem solving, how we face situations are up to what is going on in our subconscious, and the way we react or respond may be a lie coming from a belief and the feelings that are attached to it. When we are in fear, we shift to our highest level of awareness and training. If you want to make an actual change in your beliefs, and your life, your subconscious is where you need to start.
Listen now as Heather and Angela share their experiences and knowledge about using the powerful technology of PSYCH-K to change deeply embedded subconscious beliefs, and how doing the subconscious work really supports the emotional maturity we need to deal with challenges and enjoy life.
Join us today as Angela and Heather talk about understanding that the way you speak comes from the way you think, which comes from what you believe, and when you know the truth, you can really set yourself free to speak what is true for you. Angela also encourages us to understand that when we are being shaken, we are not thing that is shaking us – we are beautiful souls on this planet to collaborate and love. The insight we need lives within our soul, and even though we may be shaking, we are able to come back to home and remember who we really are . . . unshakable.

What if you could energize your light body?
On this episode of the Unshakable Being podcast Dr. Heather Clark, PharmD and Rishi Eric Infanti explore the profound impact that breathwork and meditation can effect in our lives, and how breath-based meditation protocols activate the energy body and open us up to more of our own spirituality and connection to our Soul and the Divine.
Join us as Heather and Rishi examine the idea that meditation is not a “doing”, it is a state of being. A daily practice of relaxing body tensions through breath-based meditation is simple, quick and gives direct access to answers we are seeking. As humans, we are created to strive and be seekers - if we can let the striving go, magic happens, and manifestation and healing can be optimized. Regardless of the way we get there, we all aspire to that state of bliss and connection we find in the meditative state of being.
Listen now as Rishi shares with Heather his lifelong healing journey – from U.S. Marine to spiritual shaman, yogi, and tantric healer, and through health crises and life’s challenges to wellness. We live in a world of chronic stress and if we choose to dedicate just 20 minutes each day to the practice, there is nothing better for eradicating tension, raising energy and creating vitality than breathwork. To Rishi, using the breath and meditation to connect inward creates resilience and the ability to Be Unshakeable. No matter what is happening, you can always come to your center-point – your connection to self, Soul and Divinity.

On this episode of the Unshakable Being podcast Dr. Heather Clark, PharmD and Kevin Pedrey explore how you can set yourself up to succeed when you want to step into your big dream or vision. It all starts with believing it is possible, that you can do it, and a heart of enthusiasm, authenticity, joy and curiosity.
It’s also about giving yourself grace to let go, realizing there is more to life than your mission and creating balance between your purpose and your life.
Listen now as Heather and Kevin open up about accepting that you may not always be able to accomplish everything in a single day and in certain situations.
Sometimes you need to slow down, experience what is really going on and understand that it’s in the deep spirit work, where you can be real and pinpoint what you truly want, that true change happens.
Join us as for this episode as we examine the idea that faith is an action – it can be strengthened like a muscle, and with true commitment and consistent practice it will continue to grow. The only thing keeping you from achieving anything is absolute belief that it is possible. Kevin shares how to get real about the overarching question for your vision and discern what fears and doubts may hold you back. Ultimately, a big piece of creating happiness and meaning in life is the ability to share and be in community, connect, and make a difference.
