This week, we dive head first into one of the most iconic artists in music history; Sir Elton John. It's International Week!

Join us this week for one of our biggest episodes to date as we discuss one of the freshest nu metal/industrial bands ou there today; AMERAKIN OVERDOSE featuring their vocalist CODY PEREZ!
We discuss the bands start up, what their message is and which bands inspired Cody to take his music seriously. Cody shares some stories from the road, including the time he lost his custom made mask in a gas station (RIP). We dig into some stand out songs and the meaning behind their lyrics, and Keith talks about the songwriting process and how tough it is being so open and vulnerable, to the production and who is involved to finish the process.
Hear how Cody's brother scaled a festival setup FOR FUN whilst the band played live on stage, as well as how a mix up with two buckets of REAL COWS HEARTS ended up with on-stage vomiting while the crowd cheered throughout!
We dig into the bands masks and on-stage characters, and how they are inspired by bands such as Slipknot, Mudvayne, Pantera & Coal Chamber.
We talk about the bands incorporation of wrestling and how it's definitely time for Amerakin Overdose to write a wrestling theme song, or PPV theme song, as well as hearing another story of one of the band dressing up as the Ultimate Warrior, facepaint and all, and running full speed in to a port-a-potty and how that turned out!!
