Recently I was scrolling through social media, and I heard this clip about wanting something isnāt the same as doing it, thinking about isnāt the same as doing it, hoping for it doesnāt mean doing it.
It's a common trap: we spend a lot of time thinking about our health goals, discussing them with friends, or even planning how we'll get there.
