During the pandemic I created a community on Instagram called Grief Ireland. It was following the death of my sister Elaine and her husband Pa. I found Grief to be still a taboo subject, unspoken, and a topic that not many wanted to discuss. Unless of course those who were in "the club no-one wants to be in". But to find those people was difficult. So I went on a mission to open the conversation, to comfort those who mourn, to educate those who don't, to hold space for others to talk about their Grief, Love and Loss and to remember our loved ones and ensure that they would never be forgotten.

A recent listener's comment:
"I first heard about ChatGPT on your podcast and immediately started using it. I’m 73 and wrote my first program at 16. Having witnessed all developments in computing down the years I think this is the greatest since www. Your pod is informative in many different areas, politics, economics, society changes, housing crisis etc but at times goes beyond that. This episode tying up all this but also the implications of AI with a knowledgeable guest. ENTHRALLING! Keep it coming."

What is it like to spend hours alone in an ancient cave of transformation where Gaelic warriors endured periods of isolation to prove their manhood? How long does it take for an urban pond to become a multi-dimensional wonderland? Or, what exactly is the neurological effect of staring at an art work? Welcome to No One Else Will Listen—where sisters Lottie and Bonnie Ryan turn their weekly FaceTime catch-ups into a podcast, because if they have to listen to each other’s nonsense, you might as well too. With Bonnie navigating life in New York and Lottie holding down the fort in Dublin, they cover the things you only talk about with your sister—because no one else will listen… and, let’s be honest, she doesn’t really have a choice.
From chaotic life updates to deep (and occasionally questionable) chats, expect brutally honest takes, unfiltered oversharing, and a healthy dose of sibling bickering. Plus, they’ll be dishing out sisterly, and likely conflicting, advice to listeners.
It’s messy, it’s real, and it’s the kind of conversations you’d never have in public—but your sister has to hear them.
