Jen and Jane are two heart-centred leaders teaching women to own their $h!t so they can navigate their lives with courage, conviction and grace. They weave creativity, play, energetic healing, and deep inquiry into a transformative experience that nurtures, encourages, and champions the development of the whole self.
Jane survived a near death experience, healed from burnout and learned how to live life in complete energetic alignment. Today she combines coaching and energetic gifts to provide clients with the support, tools and accountability to stand in their personal power.
Jen is an experienced opera singer, Reiki Master, and black belt in karate, she has been singing, coaching, and guiding personal development through sound, healing, and movement work for over 15 years.
Together they live and teach their Fierce Serenity method, co-coach private clients and co-host the No Halos Here Podcast.

Her holistic practice is rooted in supporting women navigating all facets of their childbearing years. She serves as an in person guide using a variety of holistic modalities, including reiki, reflexology, yoga and meditation. Katherine also offers online mentoring and guidance for women desiring an autonomous birthing experience.
Katherine currently lives on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia with her beloved of over 20 years and their four radiant children.
