Rishi Sunak's given everyone in Britain a discount voucher for half price meals at restaurants, pubs and cafes during August in an unprecedented move to boost the battered economy. He's also slashed VAT from 20 per cent to just five per cent on leisure and nights out and cut Stamp Duty.
