Starseeds tend to be empathic. Yet, like moths drawn to the flame, Starseed-Empaths can be drawn into soul sucking friendships or relationships with 3D Narcissists. Such relationships can leave a Starseed-Empath feeling exhausted at best and unhinged and suicidal at worst. A Starseed-Empath will usually attract such a relationship to learn important lessons. A Starseed-Empath tends to be a generous open person that wishes to share their love and light. However, they may have been conditioned within a 3D Family to tip into over-giving and self-sacrifice as a way of finding love and appreciation. They may have been conditioned into manifesting weak boundaries. On the other hand, a 3D narcissist is the exact opposite and will have no issue with crossing boundaries, blaming, shaming and taking a Starseed-Empath’s energy and light and anything else that seems to be on offer with little remorse. In this meditation you will clear the energies and patterning that lead you into rescuing or giving away your energy to people or situations that drain your light and vitality.

In this meditation we call upon Archangel Michael and all angelic forces working with this being to seal and protect your energy field from lower energetic interference. We call upon the electric blue flame of Micheal along with his sword of light. We also call upon the shield of Michael which shields and deflects lower energies from attaching to our fields. Please note this meditation is about sensible spiritual hygiene and is not about hiding fearfully from the world. When we feel safe and protected we are more confident in shining our authentic light and speaking our truth. The more we embrace our light the harder it is for any shadows to interfere with our energy fields and touch us through our external reality.

"When we speak about ascension we must also talk about consciousness. We must understand that our consciousness is not one thing but is rather many layered. We have a conscious mind that has two aspects. The left-brain is the rational, logical, reasonable, strategic part of us. The right-brain is the creative, imaginative, intuitive part of us. Often these two aspects act like divorced parents. Perhaps one is more dominant and seeks to control or repress the other. In our left-brain dominant world, we are often trained to trust our logical mind and suppress our intuitive mind. Of course, it can happen the other way around where we become the artistic or spiritual rebel and disown our logical mind. The ascension process seeks to heal this artificial split that has been going on for far too long. When this happens there is a sacred marriage within our consciousness. The yang left-brain and the yin right-brain work together. You could imagine this as an infinity symbol within the brain. Both aspects working in unity. There is true partnership rather than disharmony..........."
