Don’t get caught up with depression,
don’t get lost in other people’s aggressions,
as a thought in other people’s obsessions,
the road to hell is still paved with good intentions,
I guess this is just life,
and life after all is just lessons,
so learn what you can with or without a plan,
before the time comes for your soul’s ascension,
sending,
this poem to her before her flight,
she’s in route to the airport right now,
via Uber as the day turns to night,
somewhere in Brooklyn,
some day in this space called time,
she’s Russian Canadian so she still balances,
on Love and Hate’s thin line,
don’t worry Love we’ll be fine,
like all good things all it takes is time,
still balancing somewhere between,
the profane and the divine,
and all of these thoughts can lead,
to some deep seated issues coming up,
but there’s no evil that we cannot defeat,
and all it takes is unconditional love,
and yeah the world is fat,
but honestly so what,
we’ve got a life so we should live it,
we should give our best instead of give it,
so please don’t get caught up with depression,
