  • In this episode, I share a simple but powerful exercise that helped me release the pressure Iā€™d been carrying.

Itā€™s something I come back to again and again when I feel stuck, and today, Iā€™m passing it on to you.

We hold ourselves to such high standards, often without realising how much theyā€™re dragging us down.

And when we donā€™t meet them? We double down, push harder, and end up feeling like weā€™re failing.

    In this episode, youā€™ll learn:

How unrealistic expectations can creep up and start running the show

Why holding onto guilt keeps you stuck in the same patterns

The simple journaling exercise that I use to let go of the pressure

How forgiving yourself can actually create more progress, not less

Why change doesnā€™t have to be complicated or exhausting

If you want support with your mindset and mental load as a mum, I can help.

  • Weā€™ve been taught that being busy means weā€™re doing motherhood right.

But what if rest wasnā€™t something you had to earn? What if it was justā€¦ normal?

Thatā€™s exactly what Iā€™m unpacking in this episode.

If I want my kids to grow up believing that rest is a natural and necessary part of life, I have to model it for them, not just tell them itā€™s important while I run myself into the ground.

    In this episode, youā€™ll learn:

How rest doesnā€™t need to be something you feel guilty about - and why it needs to change if it is.

Why sacrificing everything for your kids isnā€™t the legacy you want to leave.

The small but powerful shifts you can make to model rest as normal.

How to challenge the urge to always be busy, especially when it feels uncomfortable to stop.

Why your kids need to see you relax just as much as they need to see you achieve.

How to care so damn well for yourself that the next generation will grow up seeing this as the most normal thing to do.

Remember - rest is not lazy or optional. The more you practice it, the more normal it will feel.

But Iā€™m also sharing something powerful - How to truly sit in your milestones and celebrate the wins, big or small.

Because letā€™s face it, weā€™re often so focused on whatā€™s next that we forget to stop and say, Wow, look at what Iā€™ve done.

Iā€™ll also walk you through some reflection questions Iā€™ve been journaling on this week, that you can use too. Whether itā€™s a year of motherhood, a career goal, or just surviving a tough season.

    In this episode, youā€™ll learn:

Why celebrating your milestones is so important. How to reflect meaningfully instead of rushing onto the next thing. The questions I ask myself to soak in the moment How living in the moment makes the journey as fulfilling as the destination.

  • In this episode, Iā€™m diving into how you can start to rewire those default thoughts that aren't serving you, the ones that are leaving you feeling drained or overwhelmed.

Our minds rely on familiar thought patterns, often taking the path of least resistance to conserve energy. But what if those thoughts arenā€™t serving you well?

  • In this episode, Iā€™m diving into a question I hear from so many mums.

Who am I now that Iā€™m a mum?

If youā€™ve ever found yourself wondering where your pre-motherhood self went, or feeling lost in this new version of you, trust me, youā€™re not alone.

This is a shift we all go through. The transition into motherhood impacts everything from our identity to our emotions and relationships.

Iā€™ve been thinking a lot about this lately, and so Iā€™m sharing some of the most impactful strategies that have helped me (and so many of the mums I work with) navigate this huge shift in identity.

In this episode, you will learn:

How you can reconnect with yourself after becoming a mum, and why itā€™s normal that your identity has changed. How to start creating space to check in with yourself, even if itā€™s just for 5 minutes each day. Your brain already knows a lot more than you think, you just need a bit of space to listen to whatā€™s there. How to use self-awareness to understand whatā€™s going on in your mind and figure out what you need right now.One of the most powerful strategies I use with my clients, even if you feel like you donā€™t have a spare second in your day.How to lean on your core values when you feel lost. Even though motherhood shifts your identity, your core values will always be there to ground you, no matter what stage of motherhood youā€™re in.

Motherhood changes you, but itā€™s not about returning to who you were before. Itā€™s about figuring out who you are now and embracing that shift, even when it feels messy or confusing.

If this resonates with you, know that itā€™s ok. Iā€™ve coached so many mums through this exact transition, and Iā€™m right there with you in my own journey too.
