Sarah shares some jaw-dropping stats, including up to 90% of people in prison might have ADHD! Let that sink in…
But here’s the epic part: Sarah’s working tirelessly to turn so many lives around in huge ways, with some of her clients going from prison to becoming lawyers, footballers, and chefs. Oh, and did I mention she’s authored super helpful books for parents and teachers as well as launched the ADHD Liberty charity too.

Hey Untanglers, can you believe it? We've reached the end of Season 3, and what a journey it's been!
We've had lots of incredible guests - athletes, wellness coaches, entrepreneurs, and creatives - all sharing their unique ADHD journeys. What do their stories all have in common? The power of embracing their authentic selves and transforming their struggles into strengths. It's been inspiring to see people who are not just surviving with ADHD, but thriving and shining SO brightly.
The first half of this year has been super busy for me! I’ve been on some amazing trips & retreats, I’ve moved into a new home on a street I love next to my favourite park, I’ve given up vaping, secured a shared care plan, and I’ve grown my business by hosting some incredible events, important corporate workshops and expanding my coaching offerings.BUT this journey is full of ups and downs… as a can’t stop, won’t stop ADHDer, burnout and stress can always creep back into my life. Some days are hard. However I now know that those days will pass and pass quickly with the tools I’ve learnt to use to live with my ADHD. Learning to live with ADHD is about understanding that this is YOUR ADHD, YOUR brain, YOUR emotions, YOUR life.. we are in the driver's seat, we can show up for ourselves and we will unleash those ADHD strengths.
Thank you so so much for being a part of this incredible community - I can’t wait to be back for Season 4! Here’s to empowering our ADHD journeys and living our most authentic lives…

In this episode I have the honour of hosting the incredibly talented and inspirational Caragh McMurtry! From Team GB Olympic rower to powerful advocate, Caragh shares her deeply personal experiences of navigating the sports world with neurodiversity.
Caragh’s story sheds light on the silent struggles behind her sporting success, from confronting a misdiagnosis that threatened to derail her career to triumphantly turning her struggle to strength and going on to reach the Olympics in 2020!Following her retirement from rowing, Caragh has become an advocate for neurodivergence in sport. Using her lived experiences, Caragh now educates sports coaches on how adapting training to fit neurodivergent needs not only empowered her as an athlete but can also be the key to including and unlocking the potential in others!
Caragh’s journey shows yet again why I have an unshakeable belief in the strength of our diverse minds. She fought to be heard, understood, supported, and to be the best in her sport - now she fights with the same passion for others! Caragh, you’re a SUPERSTAR!

In this new episode, I speak to the wonderful human that is James Shaw - pilates instructor and educator. James works at some amazing studios and gyms across London and is a master of all things pilates. As many of you know I LOVE pilates and I was excited to bring this topic on to the podcast. After years of teaching yoga and pilates, I can now look back and see where ADHD showed up for me as both a struggle and a strength.
In this chat, James and I discuss the importance of embodying movement and our need to continually seek knowledge to learn more about our amazing bodies and brains.James believes his ADHD is what gives him his edge and enables him to be creative and innovative in his teaching methods.
