Mansion Impossible & The Peter Grant Abandoned Mansion - Freaktography Podcast EPISODE #13
Welcome to another long-awaited episode of the Freaktography podcast.
Today. We're looking at episode number 13.
Today guys, we have a very special episode all about the Peter Grant abandoned mansion.
If you don't know Peter Grant Mansion is pretty much considered the largest abandoned management and all of Canada. At this point, it's probably one of the most popular and most well-known abandoned places in all of Canada.
In 2022, a developer from Texas named Chris Fischer learned about the Abandoned Peter Grant Mansion from my (and others) YouTube videos about the property. He did some digging and decided to buy it and finish the job, and he hopes to do it with a production company in tow, to document the whole process for a future reality TV show called Mansion Impossible.

Welcome to episode #11, todays episode is a follow up from last weeks episode. Last week we talked to Meaghan Smith, a criminal lawyer who helped me in 2020 when I was being charged for exploring an abandoned home.
In this episode, we are speaking with Louise - the woman who had me charged for exploring that very home!
We came up with a creative solution to dealing with these charges resulting in them being dropped, you'll learn all about that here in this episode.
Also, hear a perspective from the other side of the coin, how do our explorations of abandoned houses affect those who lived there and may still own them. In addition, how do the comments from the online viewers of our posts affect the property owners?

Today's guest is Sean Galbraith, someone who I consider to be an OG in the hobby and someone I have known since I got started in 2012.
Sean has travelled the world in search of abandoned places capturing fantastic photos in large and medium format film.
Sean has also seen great success in getting his work included in private and corporate collections. Having seen Sean’s work up close, this comes as no surprise!
Sean is a man who wears many hats, literally, known for wearing a fedora and bowtie on explores, Sean is also a city planner, a passionate Torontonian, a skier, an axe thrower, a bidet influencer and a disc golfer, in addition to a talented photographer and urban explorer.
He also was featured in a 6 episode television show about Urban Exploring called PhotoXplorers!

In this week's episode, we get to know TrespassEverywhere!
TrespassEverywhere has been exploring since roughly 2016 and in that time she has covered many of the best locations in Ontario, as well as some of less well known and more secretive locations!
Twoey is also the author of a small zine called “Not Home - True Stories From Abandoned Places”. This zine was inspired by the early works of Infiltration, a zine created by Ninjalicious and was created from her findings and experiences in abandoned places. It includes a story about a batch of prison love letters that she found in an abandoned house and also stories from a one closely guarded secret amongst Ontario Explorers - The Norman Edler house!

Not only has Brent explored all over the province of Ontario, starting at a very young age, he has also seen travel all over the USA and some very impressive explores in BC, including an abandoned Navy ship, a ghost town and a gold mine.
In this interview we learn how Brent got started in the hobby, what made him start a Youtube channel and we’ll hear about some of his all-time favourite experiences as an urban explorer!
