We all struggle with trying to be perfect at times, but for some of us it can feel much more debilitating. Especially for Shiv, who opens up about the ways that her perfectionism has held her back. This episode highlights the struggles of being a perfectionist and how to approach yourself with compassion when stuck in a cycle of perfectionism in order to overcome it.

Early in our relationship triggers were impacting us in a major way, but at the time we didn’t understand that it was our triggers since we didn’t know what triggers were.
