In this episode, Dan takes the drive out to Frenchtown, NJ to visit Wild Fern Brewing. He speaks to Julie and Derek, co-owners of Wild Fern. They talk about their experience and background in the craft beer industry and their decision to open their own brewery. They discuss the huge turnout for their Grand Opening, the beer styles they are passionate about and what they have on tap.
Later in the episode, Jon of AryaBarks IG fame joins the podcast as he and Dan visit Oakflower Brewing ahead of their second anniversary. Colin - owner and brewer of Oakflower - talks about the new beers brewed for the anniversary as well as the upcoming year and what changes will be coming to the brewery. They also talk about the love for 12oz cans, low ABV beers, and the national recognition that they have already received.

In this episode, Dan talks to Jonathan - brewer and co-founder of Zillicoah Beer Company in Woodfin, North Carolina. Zillicoah was devastated by the remnants of Hurricane Helene. He talks about the story of his brewery, the damage caused by the Hurricane to not only his brewery but the city of Asheville, and his efforts to rebuild and how much the craft beer community has done to try to help.
We also look ahead to the weekend of December 7th - with events at TapHouse 15, Equilibrium, and Tin Barn.
