    因為這2位同學以推薦國外青年到府城自由行旅的立場角度，
    設計了2天一夜的府城小旅。
    這個遊程設計還入圍了比賽，
    如果有機會進入決賽得到成績，
    除了實質的獎勵之外，最大的成就感是會被台南選為官方的推薦行程。

    走遍千山萬水，暢遊五湖四海，其實一開始都是一個念頭，
    這個podcast節目旅行與修行的概念，
    來自於9世紀時，日本空海大師環繞四國四縣、88座寺廟的「四國遍路修行之路」，
    據說這是空海大師為了要堅定信仰，讓修行的僧侶以步行的方式，來體會佛佗開悟的境界。
    行程總長約1,200公里。
    四國遍路至今仍然有人模仿著大師腳步，用自己的雙腳一步一腳印走完全程。

    但是其實我們從小就非常熟悉的「西遊記」，
    歷史上的玄奘大師，早在日本空海大師之前，就起身了他的旅行與修行，
    他的「西天取經」之路，從長安啟程往西方前進，
    經過河西走廊進入新疆，然後進入中亞，
    再往南走，中間經過阿富汗、巴基斯坦，
    總共用了十九年的時間，五萬里的旅程，經過一百多個國家，最終達到印度。
    這段用上了前半生的時間，同時也九死一生的旅行，
    不僅為唐代及後世子孫帶回來佛教經典，也是最強的外交之旅。
    或者每年的媽祖繞境，也能說是我們在台灣的一種旅行與修行。

    另一位旅行與修行達人，就是詩仙李白，
    他自25歲離開四川開始，不管做官的仕途是不是順利，
    都不減他到處旅行的心境，足跡遍布大半個中國，
    根據文獻記錄，行蹤遍及206個州縣、80多座名山。
    在沒有拍照打卡的古代，李白如天外飛來一筆的詩作，
    像是：「雲山海上出，人物鏡中來」、
    或是「飛流直下三千尺，疑是銀河落九天」，
    都是他在旅行途中，觸景生情有所感動寫出來的大作。
    還有一首《游泰山六首之一》：
    登高望蓬流，想象金銀台。天門一長嘯，萬里清風來。
    玉女四五人，飄颻下九垓。含笑引素手，遺我流霞杯。
    稽首再拜之，自愧非仙才。曠然小宇宙，棄世何悠哉。
    這是他的到此一遊的強勢打卡，讓我們直到今日拜讀的時候，除了讚嘆還是讚嘆。

    這樣的旅行與修行閱歷，在歷史上還能拿出來說的，
    大概也只有為了搜集歷史資料的司馬遷；為了考察地理的酈道元；
    有國家任務的鄭和；還有為了編修藥草經典的李時珍。
    雖然這幾位是因為工作任務、人生志向，而遠離家門長途跋涉旅行，
    但是我們現代不也是很多人，為了詩和遠方也遠走他鄉。

    不管是朝聖還是散心，甚至是工作差旅，
    每一次出發的旅行，都是人生路上的一段風光，更是一場人生的歷練和修行。
    在旅途中讓我們有機會重新審視內心世界，
    與自己來一場深入靈魂的對話，去發現對自己來說真正值得的人事物。
    這就是「我的旅行與修行」podcast節目想跟大家分享的，
    我們不講什麼觀光旅遊網紅打卡景點，連美食介紹的資訊都有可能很薄弱，
    我們只想在走過大江南北，看過人生百態之後，跟你說說留下來在心裡的淬鍊。
