Shaylyn Ford is a professional makeup artist who has worked in every setting from movie stars to Make A Wish projects. Her love for helping others feel beautiful and valued extends to every part of her life; she also serves as a liaison with the Tim Tebow Foundation and One Church to bring services to special needs individuals and their families in Ohio. As a mother of three and âautism mamaâ of two, she understands the critical need of these families firsthand.
She competed at Mrs America in 2014 and placed Top 15 pregnant. After years spent on personal growth, she decided it was time try again for her biggest goals. This time, she went all the way and won the national title in November 2021 and then won Mrs World in January 2022.

Sales gets a dirty scammy rep but the truth is, if you canât sell people you canât help people. Charging people is not immoral, it's required for their success.
If you have a good product or service, you have an obligation to be good at sales. Iâve closed over 2.3 million in sales and only had $7,000 in refunds which is .3% of total sales. Unheard of in my industry.
âIf your product or service is good enough it sells itselfâ is such a lazy approach to business. When it comes to most clietentel, they have limiting beliefs around spending money on themselves, mom's and women especially.
A tip I have for sales that a lot of people miss: bridging the gap. In this episode, I'm going to explain how a lot of people fuck up sales by talking about themselves too much and not enough about solving their potential prospects problems. We'll also talk about what to look out for during the call and how to personalize your program for what they want in real time.
