  • What does it feel like to be both an open field of energy that receives and releases, while being a solid body that is grounded on the Earth? We explore practicing these states in this guided meditation. There are benefits to both feeling solid and feeling ethereal. We can flow more easily when we feel a sense of openness. We can become truly present when we acknowledge our sense of being in the moment and connected and of the Earth. To be able to flow with life around you and to be present to your life in each moment helps you access your ultimate power.

Music by Chris Collins accompanies this guided meditation.

  • This guided meditation takes you on a journey to work with any part of you inside that feels hurt or broken, while becoming more solidly connected to the strong and resilient parts of you. It’s been crafted in a way that can be experienced as a meditation although it may be experienced firstly as a lesson. Often more support is essential to heal from emotional trauma than just this meditation, as it’s always important to receive support after trauma. Some less intense trauma can be worked with successfully on its own, other times assistance is needed to find the desired inner peace. This meditation can be experienced multiple times to continue to work through the different parts more thoroughly each time, to repair nervous system, mind and heart. It’s important to go at your own pace and trust that if you don’t feel ready to continue at any point, that you likely need additional support or time in order to complete the healing process. Music is by Chris Collins.
