Courtney Rixon - talking exercise around pregnancy
If youâre a mum who has found it difficult navigating returning to training after having kids, then this is a chat youâre going to want to listen to you.
On top of that, if youâre a bloke whoâs partner has or will be returning to exercise after kids, it might be wise to listen along so you can understand what your lady is thinking. (Because of most of us blokes have no idea).
Today Pat interviews Courtney Rixon.
Courts is one of the coaches at Reborn, she is the head Pilates instructor, and Rebornâs pre/post natal expert.
Now, given Courtney lives and breathes fitness, you would be forgiven for thinking she has always had an easy run of it.
The truth is, this isnât the case. Courtney had different struggles when returning exercise after each of her two kids, and is open and honest about that in todayâs chat.
