We are at the end of Pride Month, y'all! Hard to believe the month is already almost over. To end Pride 2024, we wanted to bring you guys a case that has NEVER been covered before anywhere else. This is a case of a brutal serial killer that was literally lost to time and one that I only managed to stumble across on accident.

This episode is a MUST LISTEN episode that you need to hear as we approach Pride. An epidemic of crime is sweeping across New York City and other major cities in the United States as various gangs have taken to preying on those most vulnerable such as women and queer people out at bars. Drugging them and then using their phones to drain them of their savings and bank accounts before leaving them to die. Please stay dangerous out there as we continue to celebrate Pride.

This is our final coverage of the infamous serial killer known only as "The Doodler". His reign of terror stretched from 1974 to at least the middle of 1975, leaving at least 5 men brutally murdered and the San Fran queer community in fear of when he would strike next.

We are officially in Pride Month and that means all eyes are going to be on the Queer community, for better and for worse. In honor of Pride, we wanted to bring attention to a case that has gone unsolved for 50 years, yet, has all of the pieces to be solved.
The Doodler was the nickname given to a technically unidentified serial killer that brutally murdered at least 5 men in the San Fran Bay Area during the 1970s. His victim count is possibly as many as 14 different men, making him one of the most prolific serial killers in California state history. Yet he was rarely talked about before 2018. It's more important now than ever to have as many eyes on this case as possible as we are on the clock to serve justice, as police have confirmed they are certain they know exactly who the killer is and have known since the 1970s.

This weeks case is covering the most talked about Serial Killer in History. It's a case that has a thousand books, movies, podcasts and shows about it covering everything there is to know about the infamous Ripper. But today we are going to be talking about one of the least talked about (yet one of the more probable) suspects in the case, a man named Francis Tumbelty. A man so larger than life, he is connected not only to the Ripper murders, but was even arrested at one point for the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.
To help us get to understand this Ripper suspect, we actually had the chance to sit down with Author Tony McMahon to discuss his research and the release of his new book, "Jack the Ripper and Abraham Lincoln". Which is available today and I highly recommend you guys check it out because it sent me down so many rabbit holes.
Order: "Jack the Ripper and Abraham Lincoln: One Man connects the two greatest crimes of the 19th century." by Tony McMahon- https://www.amazon.co.uk/Jack-Ripper-Abraham-Lincoln-greatest/dp/1805143646

This case is unique in that it is a scenario often unheard of. Diane Whipple was a bright woman living in San Francisco with her partner when her life was brutally cut short in a vicious dog mauling incident. What followed was a scandalous trial that set several precedence in regards to queer couples rights in America.

There has only ever been one recorded serial killer who identified as Amish and that was a man named Eli Stutzman. A man who seemed to bring death and destruction wherever he went. As his Amish Community and authorities spent nearly a decade attempting to track him down, Eli evaded capture and that resulted in the deaths of at least 5 people.

Today we travel back to my Home state of West Virginia to tell you about a case so brutal and infamous, it has forever been immortalized as a piece of Appalachian Folklore. During the 1960s, the southern part of WV was haunted by a series of strange disappearances of men, several of them turning up murdered and dismembered. As fear of a so called "Mad Butcher" spread, residents and police were left wondering when he would strike next.

December 14th, 1984 was shaping up to be an average day in the very small town of Geronimo, Oklahoma. As people prepared for Christmas, they had no idea that their small community was about to be shaken to its core with one of the bloodiest and infamous crimes in Oklahoma State history.

This is one of the most shocking, brutal and depraved crimes to ever happen in the last 20 years and the worst part about it is videos of it existing online since it happened. In 2012, strange packages began to arrive at various businesses around the Montreal area in Canada. Each of the packages contained the severed body parts of a man named Jun Lin. As police scrambled to find out what was happening, a strange video entitled "1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick" appeared online and horrified the internet. The man behind the crime would be revealed to be Luka Magnotta, but no-one was prepared for just how sick and twisted this man truly was.

Grindr is an "dating" app that is synonymous with queer culture and gay men in particular. Since its launch in 2009, it has changed the way hookup culture in the queer world operates, sometimes for the better... and sometimes for the worst. Today's case covers one of the most horrific and gruesome crimes to occur within the last few years and serves as a cautionary tale to always be careful when meeting strangers.

The town of Sioux City, Iowa was shaken to its core following the disappearance and eventual murder of a young boy in August 1954. Although a suspect was arrested and convicted for the murder, the residents would not get a chance at peace before another abduction would cause a wave of hysteria to pass over the town and lead to 20 innocent men being arrested and convicted for "sex crimes".

This week we bring you a case that has been lost to history for the majority of the last 50 years. Sioux City, Iowa was seen as the "All American Town" back in the 1950s, a safe place to raise a family. But when a young boy disappears in 1954, it sparks a massive manhunt for his kidnapper. What starts out as a genuine hunt for the culprit, soon turns into a witch hunt for anyone the townspeople deems "sexual deviants" aka Homosexuals.

Did you happen to catch the 2024 Oscars? If you didn't, you probably still saw one specific image from that night. A "fully" nude John Cena on stage presenting an award. Although the event was played for laughs, few people know the true story behind what inspired him to bare all in the first place. Today we are talking about the larger than life man that was Robert Opel and his untimely murder.

Thank you to the Listener who suggested this case! This case will infuriate you and make you question how well you really know the people in your life. Peter Farquhar was a gentle man who just wanted someone to spend his life with and he thought he found that in Ben Field. However, as the years went on, something sinister was brewing just beneath the surface.

This is a case that you may be familiar with if you are active in the online queer community. Jack was a very popular blogger, along with his partner Dylan Hafertepen for many years. That is until his untimely death at just 28 years old. Following his autopsy report leaking online, more questions than answers arose as his family continues to seek justice.
