As you all know November is coming to and end, and I wanted to do something to help the men who are doing Movember. There has been so much going on recently, and while a lot of it has been so hard to see it’s great to see when we can all come together over certain issues. This is to support the boys and men who have been supporting important social change and aren’t scared to voice their opinion. Here’s a bit from a few of the lads on why did they Movember this year! Link to donate is in the Instagram bio, make sure you help out this good cause. Thank you!

The topic of image based sexual abuse and the issue of revenge porn has taken centre stage in Ireland over the last week. In this episode I'm joined by Country Mc Namara to discuss what has happened and the impact. Hopefully this will help inform people and give comfort to anybody who has been effected by imaged based sexual abuse. Please sign the petition to make revenge porn a criminal offence in Ireland. Link for this is on our instagram bio along with links for helplines for people who are in need of support.
