Peace is something that comes from within. We hear it, and we know it (consciously), but when it comes to daily practice we tend to get caught up in drama and overthinking.
Ela went through breast cancer at the very young age of 19. Through losing friendships and getting a second chance to live, she is now forever grateful to be bringing more peace to not only her life, but also her Aloha coaching client's lives.
Through coaching with me, Ela switched from being a VA to being a coach and she started showing up to embody her true mission. We talk all about that process of uncovering her intuition's guidance.

Non-violence is one of the basic steps in the first limb of Patañjali's eight-limbed yogic path. Even though it mainly focuses on creating a peaceful surrounding so you can go inward, I believe non-violence can only come from within. I illustrate the practice of ahimsa with my own challenges and insights.
