The 7th movie in the 'Minions' franchise -- consisting of four 'Despicable Me' films and three Minion-centric spin-offs -- finally feels more like a passion project than a cash grab. It tributes everyone from Eadweard Muybridge to Damien Chazelle, hopefully reintroducing an entire generation of kids to the greats of filmmaking. But will paying homage to the last 148 years of cinema history pay off for Universal at the box office? Tune in to hear our thoughts!
