A chat with sheep & wool specialist, Celia Cummack from Elders, Roma. At a point thriving in her career, Celia reflects on the milestone moments that lead her to where she is today. We cover networking, stepping into industry, leaning on mentors, the elders network and everything in between. She has since attended numerous of my events, and I throughly enjoy our shared passion for sparking career conversations. âJust because you didnât come from a farm, didnât go to an ag school or you didnât go to an ag college doesnât make you at a disadvantage to the others. Your roots are just going to look a little bit differentâ - Celia Cummack.
