I’m Eryn Healy, and I’ll be your guide on this journey. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified integrative mental health practitioner who’s been in practice for 6 years. I incorporate meditations and mindfulness practices into my individual sessions with clients, and I want to expand this offering to a wider audience.
