In today’s episode, I’m joined by Jamie Clements, founder of The Breath Space, to explore one of the most powerful—and often overlooked—tools we all have at our disposal: the breath.
In a world that moves at lightning speed, where burnout and chronic stress have become the norm, breathwork offers a much-needed anchor. Jamie shares how reconnecting with your breath can help regulate your nervous system, support emotional resilience, and bring you back into your body—out of autopilot and into the present.
We dive into the different forms breathwork can take—from dedicated breathwork sessions to simply taking a mindful breath while waiting for your morning coffee. This isn’t about adding another complicated wellness ritual to your life; it’s about remembering to breathe, with awareness and intention.
Whether you're new to breathwork or already exploring it, this conversation is a reminder of how something so simple can be deeply transformational.
The topics we discuss are:
I want to start with your most recent Substack article where you wrote a letter to your 23 year old self What did breath work save you from The growth of the wellness industry but also the growth in mental health struggles and anxietyWe are increasingly disconnected from our own body - why What is the one breath work practice a listener can do right now to connect themselvesBreathwork has a bad rep for being something that people do when they have experienced trauma, stress or are highly anxious - but actually it can be something for everyone to do everyday as we are all victims of constant micro-stressors How can people integrate breath work in a busy lifestyleTwo types of breath work - up regulatory and down regulatory - explain The benefits of mouth taping What’s in your bagThis episode is sponsored by Tea Huggers - you can check out their delicious range of blended tea here

This week we have a solo episode where I share my journey behind launching my new brand Healthy Habits and why the brand means so much to me. Healthy Habits is more than just a wellness brand — it's a lifestyle movement rooted in simplicity, intention, and impact. I wanted to bring you the tools, techniques, and daily rituals that make feeling good feel easy and that has started with mouth tape.
In this episode, I take you back to where it all began — when I was 11 years old, writing a food blog also called Healthy Habits. What started as a childhood passion has now come full circle, evolving into a brand that brings together the tools, techniques, and rituals I genuinely love and use daily. My hope is that they help you build your own Healthy Habits, effortlessly.
I then discuss the power of mouth tape and how it has completely changed my sleep, as well as answering some common and most frequently asked questions about mouth taping.

In my kitchen this week, I’m joined by the wonderful Kat Pither — founder of Yogi Bare and a true force in the wellness industry for over a decade.
Kat’s personal journey with anxiety, ADHD, and addiction ultimately led her to discover the healing power of yoga, and inspired her to create Yogi Bare — a brand devoted to movement, connection, and accessible wellness through physical yoga products.
In this conversation, we explore both Kat’s lived experience navigating mental health challenges and how they shaped her approach to life and business. We also take a candid look at the wellness industry today — how something intended to heal and connect us has often become a commodified, unattainable ideal, far removed from its true purpose.

In my kitchen this week, I’m joined by the lovely Olivia Breirley to dive deep into the world of cycle syncing and her inspiring journey to pregnancy while managing endometriosis, PCOS, and adenomyosis.
In this raw, honest, and empowering chat, Olivia shares how being told she might never have children led her to completely rethink how she approached her body, her health, and her hormones. She opens up about how working with her cycle — instead of against it — became the game-changer in her pregnancy journey.
One area that Olivia and I deep dive into is seed cycling and how it's a natural way of regulating your hormones due to the nutrients and lignans in these seeds helping regulate estrogen and progesterone levels. Below we have explained how you can seed cycle:
Follicular Phase (Day 1–14)
(From the first day of your period to ovulation)
Seeds to eat:
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds1 tablespoon of ground pumpkin seedsThese seeds are rich in lignans and omega-3s, which can help support estrogen production and metabolism. They also contain zinc, which is great for egg quality and overall reproductive health.
Luteal Phase (Day 15–28)
(From ovulation to the start of your next period)
Seeds to eat:
1 tablespoon of ground sunflower seeds1 tablespoon of ground sesame seedsWhy:
These seeds help support healthy progesterone levels. Sunflower seeds are high in vitamin E and selenium, which support progesterone production, while sesame seeds contain lignans that can help modulate estrogen levels if they get too high in this phase.
The other topics we dive into are:
Olivia's journey and experience with endometriosis, PCOS and adenomyosisThe power of cycle syncing and how you used it to change your fertility trajectoryThe effects of hormonal contraception, particularly the pill, on your cycle and fertility — and Olivia’s honest, thoughtful views on it after years of navigating it herselfSocieties impossible expectations of women vs the reality Why understanding and connecting with your cycle is so empowering, whether you’re trying to conceive or simply want to feel better, more balanced, and in tune with your bodyWellness non-negotiable that have helped you deal with endometriosis and PCOSThis episode is a beautiful reminder of how powerful our cycles are, and how making small, intentional shifts to support your hormones can change everything.
Whether you're currently dealing with hormonal issues, curious about natural contraception options, or wanting to learn how to better support your body through every phase — this one’s for you.

In my kitchen this week I am joined by Georgia Meacham who was born deaf and wears two hearing aids. Ten years ago this wouldn't have been the first sentence used to describe Georgia, instead it would have been the fact that she is also a model and an actor, whilst also advocating for the Vegan diet and lifestyle. However, Georgia used to hide the fact that she was deaf due to the fact that she thought she would fit in, have a better chance of being chosen for modelling and acting jobs and have a better chance in relationships if she hid her hearings aids. This resulted in constant stress and anxiety and put her at a disadvantage where she wasn't getting the help she needed.
Everything changed when she decided to embrace her deafness, own her story, and advocate for others in similar situations. In this episode, we dive into the powerful shift from resisting a label to reclaiming it as a strength. Georgia opens up about how, for most of her life, she didn’t want to be defined by her deafness—she just wanted to be “normal.” But now, she sees it as a source of empowerment, shaping her journey in ways she never imagined.
This is such an inspiring episode that I think your going to love!
The topics we discuss are:
You were born deaf - what did that mean for you growing up?Some of the challenges at school and making friends Speech - how has this been affected - what did you do growing up to help this Opening up about your disability - what did that look like before you opened up and what does it look like now?The concept of being defined by a situation and letting a situation define youThe daily struggles of being deaf and what that looks likeSpeaking in parliamentNavigating loud social situations Discrimination - have you ever felt discriminated against?RelationshipsYour vegan - have you always been vegan? What does wellness mean to you? This episode was hosted and produced by Georgia Symonds

Combining the powerful health benefits of bone broth and cacao, Claudia has created a naturally delicious, nutrient-dense drink that’s nothing short of genius.
In this episode, we dive into why incorporating bone broth into our diets has been transformative for our health—though in very different ways. Naturally rich in collagen and renowned for its gut-healing properties, bone broth is a powerhouse of nourishment. Despite following a plant-based diet for years, I was excited to introduce it into my routine for its natural collagen benefits.
Beyond the health perks, Claudia shares the incredible journey behind launching Holy Cacao—from concept to an unexpected overnight sellout, thanks in part to nutritionist Emily English falling in love with the product.
This is a brand you’ll want to experience for yourself—not just for its delicious taste but for its deeply nourishing benefits.

She then walks us through her transformation as she worked to remove the strict rules around her diet, ultimately reaching a place of food freedom. Today, Sophie uses her Instagram platform to share the content she wishes she had when she was younger — a place where she debunks popular myths and misinformation, and where food is celebrated rather than demonized.

In my kitchen this week I’m joined by the dynamic duo, Janie and Susie—a pair bridging generations through their shared love of food, flavour, and fun. You may know them from their heartwarming (and often hilarious) Instagram videos, where they invite us into their kitchen as they cook up a storm.

In my kitchen this week I am joined by Dr Emily Prpa who is a Registered Nutritionist at Yakult, gut experts for 90 years. She holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from King’s College London, where she is also a visiting lecturer. Her research explores how the gut microbiome impacts various aspects of our heath, and has been published in high-impact scientific journals and presented internationally.
I wanted to sit down with Emily to try and navigate some of the noise that is out there and de-bunk some of the myths and trends. The wellness space can be so confusing from what brands are telling us on their packaging to what influencers are telling us online and sometimes you just don't know where to turn in order to make the right decisions and particularly in the month of January when the wellness noise is particularly loud!
Emily and I go through the importance of gut health and how to optimise your gut health whilst also touching on some of the many health and wellness trends you see online and whether they have actual health benefits or are just a myth
We cover the following topics:
Gut Health and why it's importantHow to optimise your gut healthEating 30+ plants a weekGreen PowdersScience washing within the wellness industryIntermittent fastingLemon WaterApple Cider VinegarFermented FoodsCarnivore DietThe pillars of wellnessSponsors:
