The global Capability for Change survey assesses the current state of change management understanding and capability across organisations. The results of the survey give us the opportunity to benchmark how well we are preparing our staff for the high volume and continuous nature of change that they experience at work. The questions are thought provoking, helping to trigger thoughts on other things we can do to build change capability and reduce the stress of adopting new ways of working. To access the survey, please register here https://crm.agilechangemanagement.co.uk/enterprise-change-and-transformation-survey The survey uses standard questions plus a cognitive section developed using neuroscience, from a specialist provider called Truthsayers to help us dig deeper than what we think on the surface to how we really feel things are going. The survey is open for completion for 4 weeks, at the end of which you will be sent a report of your responses. This is followed by analysis and commentary of the global results, divided by country and industry type. You are also invited to a webinar where I provide background to the results and host a discussion on our progress and where we can focus our improvements efforts. Previous respondents have highlighted the value of having evidence and comparison with others to drive the conversations in their organisation about the value and importance of managing change effectively, and have been kind enough to share with me the support this has generated from their senior leadership. I hope you will join me in creating our 2023 assessment. The ChangeStories podcast is for people who are interested in change, whether that is within organisations or for individuals.
