This weekâs episode of Chasinâ Birdies features just us two. After another unfortunate month break, weâre back in the saddle delivering a fresh episode with up-to-date material.
A lot has happened in the golf world since our last drop. In fact, this is the first episode where Pepe has been a true 40-year-old. We rehash the Rory win at Augusta and get into some talk surrounding that. We turn ahead to more recent events that touch on the state of the PGA Tour and how itâs shaping up headed into the second major of the year.
Pepe naturally has to fill us in about his recent adventure to Pine Valley. We get to hear about his time there and the little caddie dispute that happens on the course.
We jump over to some talk with Bash playing at an event at Troubadour and the two-day pairings he hadâŠa two-time major champ and former Ryder Cup member. This bit of the show will keep your ears peeled!
Tune in and check this episode out. Light, funny, and lowkey banter that sets us up for our return with a new guest in the near future.

We love golf, and we love Entrepreneurs. This episode marries the two together and ties in how weâre all chasinâ birdies in life. Steve Pirring is our guest on this weekâs episode of Chasinâ Birdies. Steve gets into his background and his role at other golf clothing brands before finally stepping out on his own and launching IDAKA.
We open up the episode and catch up with Steve. In early March, Bash was tapped as the âmodelâ for IDAKA before the launch. This has led many to question whether thereâs more opportunity in modeling. Steve tells the story of how the photo shoot was almost a debacle after he decided to show up randomly in Pinehurst.
We jump into the launch of a brand and what it took in order to get it off the ground. Steve dives into the details and explains what his concept is and why IDAKA is different. In fact, the brand has already created a buzz due to winning the Best Glove of 2026 award. Steve builds on his momentum and continues to see the vision for what he needs to do in order to be relevant in an already competitive business.
We turn the episode over to some more banter before ending with the Tap In Segment, which wasnât planned properly. Give it a listen and make sure you check out idaka.golf to check out their gear. The Sebastian hoodie is a must. Tune in, share, like, or love. Keep Chasinâ!

This episode of Chasinâ Birdies is our latest and greatest since our last drop in February. Itâs been a rough start to the year for our boy Pepe, but hopefully the tides are turning, and we can all embrace the golf season that is finally upon us.
We open up the episode and pick up right where we left off. The 2026 Pine Needles Invitational at Pine Needles, Mid-Pines, and Southern Pines just wrapped up, and we have some stories to share from that. Plus, a good friend of the pod just launched his new clothing line, IDAKA, and Bash was a part of that initial launch by acting as a model. The story sparks humor as it relates to how and why.
We turn the episode over and get into the Pelican Member Guest that Pepe just played in. The highlight of this episode is the âshitâ storyâŠyes. The story can actually put you in tears. We hear from Pepe and their unsuccessful bid at defending the championship in 2026.
The episode turns over, and we get into some golf talk with The Players kicking off. We run through the list of who we think has the best chance of winning. Naturally, March Madness is here, and NFL free agency is kicking off.
We round out the episode with more banter and talks surrounding our 2-Man event in August. Tune in, share, and hear from the boys as we chop it up and look ahead to more guests here in Chasinâ Birdies.

Weâre back this week on Chasinâ Birdies with a guest who knows a thing or two about perseverance and adversity. Mitch Harris joins us to catch up on life and tell his story. The former Navy Lieutenant was the first to be drafted in the MLB since 1921. The story of how they handled this is an interesting one.
We open up and talk about the significant value taking preworkout has on your GI system. After this light talk, we turn the tables to getting into Mitchâs story. He attended the Naval Academy and wasnât necessarily recruited to play baseball. After landing on the team, his future was about to unfold.
We get into the ins and outs of attending the Naval Academy and what life was like. The episode turns into his story of being drafted and eventually landing on the mound as a relief pitcher. Along the way, Mitch realizes that success doesnât have to just be a âmeâ thing. With this philosophy in tow, heâs become a sought after speaker and wrote a book called My Private War - Relentlessly Chasing a Dream. After his career wrapped up, he has used his experiences to help people gain perspective on situations.
We turn the episode over to some golf talk and finish with our standard Tap-In segment. Tune in to this warm hearted episode and hear from a person many look up to.

Weâre back this week on Chasinâ Birdies, and to open the new year up, itâs just us giving banter. We open up the episode and get into some winter golf talk. We look ahead to some new things that are rolling out in 2026 for the golf worldâclubs, grips, balls... all the essentials.
We get into some hot topics in golf right now surrounding the LIV and PGA Tour. Whatâs next for the potential demise of LIV golf, or is LIV on a trajectory that none of us realize? No matter what happens, this golf season thatâs upon us is about to get interesting.
We turn over the talk to sports talk surrounding the National Championship Game as well as the NFL playoffs. Fun banter, good laughs, and us getting back in the saddle. Stay tuned for future drops with awesome guests and great stories to share.
Tune in, share, listen, and we are ready for 2026 on Chasinâ Birdies.

Weâre fortunate this week to have a friend of the pod carve out some of his time and jump on the mics. Taylor Kinney is here on Chasinâ Birdies. This one has us excited purely because we always love the opportunity to hang with TK, whether on or off the golf course. We open up the episode with our standard ten-minute banter before we get into the interview.
The interview opens up with us talking about the early days and TK attending WVU in Morgantown, WV. We get into his travels and how he went from living in Hawaii to landing modeling/acting gigs. After some more life talk, we discuss how he came to be âthatâ guy on Chicago Fire. Spoiler alert - a fire in Chicago near the set had everyone scrambling, thinking the cast were actual firefighters. The story is told from TKâs perspective. We get into a lot of questions surrounding filming and how the show operates behind the scenes.
After more bantering, we turn the talk over to golf. We get into his early days of golf and how the game clawed its way back into his life not too long ago. We discuss traveling to play golf and how, without golf, weâd have never connected. The point being - weâre golf addicts. If youâre a golf addict, you can relate. We finally turn the episode over to our tap-in segment, where TK is asked questions that demand his quick responseâŠalthough some answers arenât quick. Tune in, share, and hear from an overall great guy hanginâ with us two for a good hour or so.

This episode highlights an individual who not only chases birdies on the course but also chases birdies in life. Chris Knott, the founder of Peter Millar and current Chief Merchandising Officer at Johnny-O, joins us on this weekâs episode to share his journey. From a small-town upbringing to becoming a prominent figure in the golf apparel industry, Knotty explains how he got started in the clothing business, slinginâ sweaters from a rural NC town.
We get into discussions about how the shift happened from menâs luxury apparel to golf, driven by opportunities at the PGA show. We talk about social media influencers and how theyâre helping build brand awareness among brands on the reg. The fun talk picks up where we switch over to his current CMO role at Johnnie-O. We touch on the brandâs expansion and introduction of innovative products that werenât released in the past.
We turn the show over and chat golf and unfortunately, Pepeâs camera and mic overheat (fail!) so we lost him. Bash and Knotty finish out the show with an impromptu tap-in segment to finish the show. Tune in, share, and hear from a great business-minded leader who cares about what we wear!

Our episode this week involves one of Nashvilleâs most sought-after songwriters, Ray Fulcher. Weâve gotten to know Ray well over the last few years, and itâs no secret that outside of work and hunting, he canât kick the golf bug.
Cool story alert - we get into the beginning when he decided to move to Nashville. It was within that first week or so that he met another guy, and they both started hanging out and writing together. Ray tells the story and reveals that the guy he met early on was Luke Combs.
The journey for him started there, and he started creating his craft by writing songs that ended up being cut by some major artists. We hear about what itâs like working in the music business and how the song process starts to take shape. If youâre an avid listener of the show, this isnât your first time hearing from a songwriter.
We turn the talk over to some small banter and life talk. Naturally, we gravitate into golf and âpay dayâ Ray lets us in on his love for golf. This episode was recorded at Old Hickory in Nashville, TN. Sitting around a table, having a few beers, this episode will keep your attention. We turn the episode over to our tap-in segment, where Ray is asked four questions that demand his quick response. Tune in, share, and enjoy. Itâs not too often you get to hear from a guy like Ray.

If youâre an avid listener of the show, you know how we roll. Some weeks we have a guest, others itâs just a talk. Thatâs this week. We get into a wide variety of topics, including the ridiculous nature of a Halloween weekend with kids and a Halloween party that resulted in a fire.
We cover our bases (no pun) on the recent MLB World Series and get into some general sports talk. After all, we are a âgolfâ podcast, right? Speaking of golf, what is going on with golf? NOTHING! We tap into some fall golf discussion and touch on LIV golf opening a new qualifier up to the tour.
Pepe gets challenged to No-Shave November. Will he do it? This episode is just us being us. Love it or hate it, itâs all we got. Next up..Ray Fulcher. Stay tuned for that drop.

In this episode of Chasinâ Birdies, we sit down with Dick Lebeau to talk about golf and football and of course, his illustrious career. The episode opens up with our banter for the first 10 minutes, and then we turn it over to our interview with coach. We reflect on his experiences as a coach and player and discuss the evolution of football as we know it today.
Coach opens up and talks about his memories on the field. We shift into the creation of the âZone Blitzâ and how that started...on a napkin.
We turn the episode over to some golf talk. Coach fondly remembers his experiences with Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. We get into how he fell in love with golf and discuss similarities between football and golf.
On a daily basis, heâd rather be chasinâ birdies. The episode shifts over to some good stories, and one he tells about the Super Bowl. Peep our instagram for the video. We conclude the episode with Coach expressing gratitude towards the career heâs had and the joy he finds in playing golf with his family. We end with our standard tap-in segment, where we ask Coach some questions that demand his quick response. Tune in, share, and listen to one of the greatest coaches to ever do it.

This episode of Chasinâ Birdies is a special one. We were a part of the WVU Medicine Childrenâs Inaugural Golf Tournament at Nemacolin Resort and we hosted a live podcast for the guests of the event. Tyler Reeve joined us on this episode to share his story with us and tie in some golf talk.
We cover a lot of topics in this episode, but hearing again how certain songs are created and the inspiration behind them never gets old. Tyler wrote Brett Youngâs âIn Case You Didnât Know,â which has over a billion streams. A text message to Eric Church led to the collaboration with Luke Combs on the hit âDoes to meâ. These stories and more are intertwined throughout this interview.
If heâs not sitting on the porch at Old Hickory in Nashville jamminâ with John Daly and friends (porch talk, as he calls it), Tyler can be found on the golf course chasinâ birdies and placing friendly wagers between the group. We tie in golf talk and hear about his recent round breaking 70.
Tune in now, share, and let us know your thoughts. This episode is not only entertaining but very interesting from the perspective of a top songwriter in the 615.

We have a lot to catch up on. Since our last drop, a lot has happened in the golf world. Most importantly, the Ryder Cup just concluded, and it didnât go our way. We recap the Ryder Cup and offer our two centsânot that it matters, but we do it anyway.
What is the envelope rule, and why is it applied? The matches were a lot closer than anyone may have thought when it came down to the finishing holes on Sunday. Did this œ point matter? We lend our thoughts and are curious how this will play out in the future. We cover some time we had with our friends at Playinâ Through over at Nemacolin. And lastly, the iconic Ashworth Brothers 2-man took place in Oregon at Pronghorn, where one of us finished in second.
We recap all this good stuff in this fun-filled banter of an episode. Tune in, share, and catch us back here next week!

Corey Crowder has written hits for Florida Georgia Line, Chris Young, and several other country artists. On any given day, you can find him behind his mixing board in his home studio, droppinâ some beats, crafting some melodies, and dreaminâ of a fairway.
As a Grammy-nominated producer, we get a look into his early career and living in bustling Nashville. We hear about his close ties to Florida Georgia Line and watching that beast grow. Corey explains the genres heâs into and the different way country artists express themselves now with collaborations of other genres. We get into his typical work routine and the family balance that takes place while now living in Georgia.
We round out the show with some golf talk. We hear the highs and lows that we all face and recap some good memories on the course. This episode is light-hearted, funny, and extremely interesting. We round out the show with our standard Tap-In segment, where we ask Corey four questions that demand his quick response. Tune in, share, and let us know what you think!

Crossed up, hand check, ball in the hole. Chandler Parsons is here on this weekâs episode of Chasinâ Birdies. Let me tell you...The guy is cooler than your mommaâs sweet tea on an August afternoon. As expected, this episode is full of twists and turns and highly entertaining.
We banter for 7-8 minutes before we turn the episode over to Chandler. We get into some golf talk right out the gate and hear about the Member-Guest experience at Gozzer Ranch. We all know the taxing nature of a member-guest tournamentâŠand unfortunately, itâs more about stamina than it is golf. We ask the big question: Should a touring pro be allowed in a member-guest tournament?
We turn the episode over to some court talk and get into the current state of the NBA. Chandler highlights some of his time in the NBA and what the game is like today compared to then.
We flip it back over to round out some more golf talk and hear his perspective on playing the game and what matters most. Lots of good topics exist in this episode⊠so youâll just have to tune in. We round out the episode with our tap-in segment, where we ask Chandler questions that demand his response. Tune in now...and share if you care.

Here we areâthe last major championship of the year, âThe Openâ championship as we know it. Today on Chasinâ Birdies, itâs the open mic drop as we get into golf talk, the final major of the year, and hear from a legend in Rocco Mediate as he drops by the show to share a few of his thoughts.
We banter for the first few minutes in typical fashion. We turn our focus over to Royal Portrush (which we both played in 2022) and discuss our betting picks. Can McIlroy get it done in Northern Ireland? Is it going to be another US Open where the underdog prevails? We dive into all this and more.
When Rocco joins, we get into the talk between the players and the media. He tells us his thoughts often comparing what Mr. Palmer would do. We circle back to the AWFUL ruling Sam Burns got at the US Open, and who he thinks can take it down in Northern Ireland.
Tune in, share, and leave us your thoughts!

In this episode of Chasinâ Birdies, weâre guest-free this week, and weâre here for it. We get a lot of love for our âbanterâ sessions, so itâs only right to do this one on a holiday weekend.
We get into a broad range of topics in this episode. We say our Happy Birthdays to America and get right into some golf talk. What makes a good Member-Guest partner? Is the course or the partner more important in deciding whether or not youâre in? We dive into what makes a good plate a âgoodâ plate on the 4th of July.
We turn into some golf talk and catch up with the PGA Tour. We recap the last tournament in Detroit and look ahead to the last major of the year. We debate the new tour schedule and question whether or not the new format is a yay or nay.
After some more banter between the two of us, we sign off and wish everyone well. If youâre a new listener, this episode will give you a great inside look at the synergy that exists between us two hosts. If youâre an avid listener, this one will make ya chuckle. Entrepreneurs know best that ditching the blueprint and figuring out what works and what doesnât can be a more rewarding path. From failures to home runs, overcoming adversity and believing in the vision takes you to greater heights. Thatâs what happened to our guest today. Gabby Gonzalez is here on Chasinâ Birdies to give us the dish on her rise to fame within the social media world and her marketing agency.
After our 10-minute banter about the US Open, we welcome Gabby on the show and get into her story immediately. As a dropout at the University of Florida, she knew she had the vision to be successful. Using her height...yes, and brain, she put the two together and has been recognized as a top influencer in todayâs social world. On top of that, she launched a marketing agency that helps businesses build brand presence, all of which she talks about.
Fast forward now after her volleyball days, Gabby is focused on the smooth approach around the greens and growing the game of golf. With her collaboration with LIV Golf and 4Aces, sheâs now on the map and making an impact. We get into some golf tales and chop it up a bit about all things life and what the world looks like for her.
We wrap up the show with our standard Tap-In segment before ending with another 5-minute banter. Tune in, share, like, or even love. This is one that will keep your ears peeled.

Our guest today brings some heat to the table when he opens up and tells some tales from the tourâŠand more. We get to hang out for a bit with our guy, Will Davidson, and hear about this caddie life on Tour for some big-name players, including Lexi Thompson.
We open up with our quick banter for about five minutes before we roll it into Will. He shares his extensive experiences as a caddy on the PGA and LPGA Tours. He discusses the essential role of a caddy in supporting players mentally and strategically, recounts memorable stories from his time on tour, and reflects on the dynamics between caddies and players.
Will also touches on the impact of COVID-19 on the caddy profession and the importance of maintaining relationships within the golf community. In this engaging conversation, Will Davidson shares his journey as a caddy in the world of professional golf, detailing his experiences with notable players like Lexi Thompson and the challenges faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. He discusses the differences between LPGA and PGA Tour players, the emotional moments at significant tournaments, and memorable encounters with golf legends. The conversation also touches on the nuances of caddying, the pressures of tour life, and the importance of consistency in a golfer's game.
A few highlights from the show is Will telling the Phil Mickelson story from 2018 while caddying for Beef Johnson, his quick trip to South America to loop it for a player in need, and his run-in with Tiger Woods at Quail Hollow.

In typical fashionâŠwe open up the show with our seven minutes of banter..recapping the PGA, some bets, and of course our dry humor. We turn the show over to our guest, Billy Draddy, and get right into things with him. We discuss the emotional roller coaster that exists in pro sports, specifically golf, and other topics.
The famous Pocket Polo is a hot shirt by B. Draddy. We hear the story of this polo and how it came to be after inspiration from another brand. One thing about Billy, heâs cooler than Freddie Couples in the final pairing. We hear about his familyâs legacy in the clothing business and how he got his start doing what he does best.
Billy also owns other apparel companies that specialize in golf being Zero Restriction, Fairway & Greene, as well as a womenâs line. We touch on the evolution of golf fashion and where he sees things going in the next decade.
Tune in now to hear from a well-connected, big-thinking, golf entrepreneur and a master at chasinâ birdies.

This show gets into some recap of a recent golf excursion in GA and SC. If youâve been to the Tree (âPeachtreeâ), you already know how special it is. If youâve been lucky enough to stay and play at Sage Valley, you will enjoy the commentary in this episode.
We got into the recent travel golf weâve both been lucky enough to play. A phenomenal host and a phenomenal group of dudes make any golf trip special. After some tension arose Friday night between the two of us, we licked our wounds and moved on. For Pepe, he couldnât help but bring this up at the beginning of the show.
We recap the Peachtree Golf Club in Atlanta and shed some light on that day, as well as how the course is playing. What holes are beautiful and what holes are your nemesis creates some valid discussions. We mosey on over to Sage Valley, where it feels like youâre arriving at a 5-star resort, but you realize youâre at a private golf club with no cost to spare.
Get a glimpse of our last week just by listening to this episodeâŠitâs that easy. And find some friends who arenât scared to travel and play some golf. The memories are worth it, we promise.
